अकलूज कृषी उत्पन्न बाजार समितीची पंचवार्षिक निवडणूकीची रणधुमाळी सुरू आहे. आचारसंहिता सुरू असल्याने सभापती दालनाच्या समोरील मदनसिंह मोहिते पाटील सभापती यांच्या नावाची काढलेली पाटी पुन्हा त्याच ठिकाणी लागणार का, अशी परिस्थिती अकलूज कृषी उत्पन्न बाजार समितीच्या निवडणुकीत झालेली आहे. सत्ताधारी मोहिते पाटील गटाला ग्रामपंचायत मतदार संघात अडचण आहे तर, सोसायटी मतदार संघात काट्याची टक्कर होणार आहे.
अकलूज कृषी उत्पन्न बाजार समितीच्या निवडणुकीत सत्ताधारी मोहिते पाटील गट व विरोधी गटाकडून उमेदवारी अर्ज भरलेले आहेत. ग्रामपंचायत मतदार संघातून 04 उमेदवार निवडून जाणार आहेत तर सोसायटी मतदार संघातून 11 उमेदवार निवडून जाणार आहे. गत निवडणुकीमध्ये सत्ताधारी मोहिते पाटील गटाचे ग्रामपंचायत मतदार संघातील उमेदवार 2, 5 अशा निसटत्या फरकाने विजयी झालेले होते. त्यावेळेस नातेपुते, अकलूज, महाळुंग श्रीपुर ग्रामपंचायत होत्या व डॉ. धवलसिंह मोहिते पाटील गटाचे उमेदवार उभे असल्याने मताची विभागणी झालेली होती. सध्याच्या निवडणुकीत काँग्रेसचे डॉ. धवलसिंह मोहिते पाटील, राष्ट्रवादीचे उत्तमराव जानकर, भाजपचे के. के. पाटील व इतर सर्व मिळून निवडणूक लढवत आहेत. एकजुटीचा फायदा होणार आहे तर, नातेपुते, महाळुंग श्रीपुर नगरपंचायत व अकलूज नगरपरिषद झालेली असल्याने मोहिते पाटील गटाचे हक्काचे मतदान कमी झालेले आहे. ग्रामपंचायत मतदार संघात 1151 मतदार आहेत. सत्ताधारी मोहिते पाटील गटाच्या विरोधातील भाजप, राष्ट्रवादी व काँग्रेस व इतर मित्र पक्षाचे ग्रामपंचायत सदस्य यांची संख्या जास्त असल्याने ग्रामपंचायत मतदार संघातील चारीही उमेदवार सत्ताधारी गटाच्या विरोधामधील लागतील, अशी परिस्थिती निर्माण झालेली आहे.
सोसायटी मतदार संघात 1822 मतदार आहेत. अनेक सोसायटी बिनविरोध होत असताना मोहिते पाटील गटासोबत स्थानिक विरोधात असणारे विरोधकांचे अनेक सदस्यांचा बिनविरोध सोसायटीमध्ये प्रवेश झालेला आहे. कितीतरी सोसायटी मोहिते पाटील गटाच्या विरोधात गेलेल्या आहेत. गत निवडणुकीपेक्षा वेगळी परिस्थिती सोसायटी मतदार संघात सुद्धा झालेली आहे. काही ठिकाणी शिवरत्नवरील मोहिते पाटील यांचे सोसायटीला नावच राहिलेले आहे. सर्वच्या सर्व सदस्य विरोधी गटाचे निवडून आलेले आहेत. त्यामुळे सोसायटी मतदार संघात काट्याची टक्कर होणार आहे. धक्कादायक निकाल सोसायटी मतदार संघात लागणार असून ग्रामपंचायत मतदार संघ विरोधकांचा हक्काचा झालेला आहे. त्यामुळे कृषी उत्पन्न बाजार समितीमधील सभापती मदनसिंह मोहिते पाटील यांच्या नावाची आचारसंहितेत काढलेली पाटी पुन्हा लागणार का ? असा प्रश्न राजकीय वर्तुळामध्ये उपस्थित केला जात आहे.
