केळीचा रोपांचा काळाबाजारोप १७ रुपयाचे २७ रुपयांनी विक्री, दलालांचा सुळसुळाट
करमाळा (बारामती झटका)
करमाळा तालुक्यात केळीच्या क्षेत्रात प्रचंड वाढ झाली असून सध्या केळी लागवडीकडे शेतकऱ्यांचा कल वाढला आहे. याचाच फायदा घेत जैन कंपनीची १७ रुपयाला असलेली केळीची रोपे बाजारात २७ रुपये प्रति रूपाप्रमाणे विकली जात आहेत. या गैरप्रकाराला जैन कंपनीचे काही अधिकारी ठराविक डीलरला हाताशी धरून भ्रष्टाचार करत असल्याचा आरोप शेतकऱ्यांतून होत आहे.
एकरासाठी अकराशे रोपे लागतात, जैन कंपनीची उती संवर्धित रोपे शेतकऱ्यांच्या विश्वासाला पात्र ठरले आहेत. यामुळे प्रत्येक शेतकरी जैन कंपनीच्या रोपाची मागणी करत आहे.
करमाळ्यातील अनेक शेतकऱ्यांनी सतरा रुपये प्रति दराने रुपये बुकिंग केली आहेत. तर बुकिंग केलेले शेतकऱ्यांना एक महिना उशीर लागेल, दोन महिना उशीर लागेल, असे सांगितले जाते. रोपाची टंचाई आहे, असे सांगून २७ रुपये चढ्या दराने विकली जातात. करमाळा तालुक्यात सध्या ५० लाख रुपयांची गरज असून जवळपास ५ हजार एकर क्षेत्र केळी लागवडीसाठी सज्ज आहे. रोपे मिळत नसल्यामुळे शेतकरी हवालदिल झाला आहे.
जैन कंपनीतील काही अधिकारी ठराविक डीलर लोकांना हाताशी धरून हा काळा बाजार केला जात असल्याचा आरोप होत आहे. – संजय वाकडे, तालुका कृषी अधिकारी
करमाळा तालुक्यातील केळीचे क्षेत्र वाढले आहे. जैन कंपनीच्या रोपाचा बाजारात तुटवडा आहे. बुकिंग करूनसुद्धा कंपनी वेळेवर देत नसतील तर कंपनीवर कारवाई करू, शेतकऱ्यांनी तक्रार केली तर दखल घेऊ – किरण पाटील, मॅनेजर जैन टिशू कल्चर, सोलापूर.
जो डीलर रोपांचा काळाबाजार करत आहे, त्याची नावे आम्हाला कळवा, मग आम्ही कारवाई करू, असे सांगत आपली जबाबदारी टाळण्याचा प्रयत्न किरण पाटील यांनी केला. – महेश चिवटे बाळासाहेबांची शिवसेना जिल्हाप्रमुख
करमाळा तालुक्यात केळी रोपांचा असलेला काळाबाजार आणणार आहे. या गैर कारभारात जे डीलर व कंपनीचे अधिकारी सहभागी असल्याचे निष्पन्न होईल, त्यावर कंपनीच्या वरिष्ठांनी कारवाई करणे गरजेचे आहे. चार चार महिन्यापूर्वी ऍडव्हान्स पैसे भरूनसुद्धा शेतकऱ्यांना रोपे जाणीवपूर्वक वेळेवर देत नसतील तर वेळेवर रोपे न दिल्यामुळे शेतकऱ्यांचे झालेल्या नुकसानीबद्दल कंपनीला जबाबदार धरण्यात येऊन कारवाई करू.
ज्या शेतकऱ्यांनी रोपे बुकिंग केले आहेत, पण त्यांना रोपे मिळत नाहीत, अशा शेतकऱ्यांनी तालुका कृषी अधिकारी यांच्याशी संपर्क साधावा.
