मात्र आता शेतकऱ्यांसाठी एक महत्त्वाची बातमी समोर आली आहे. बऱ्याच वेळा बारा वर्षांपूर्वी शेजारी व्यक्ती किंवा भावकितील जमिनीचा गट एकमेकांच्या नावे झाला तर त्यावर कोणताच उपाय निघत नाही. मात्र आता या समस्येवर उपाय निघाला आहे. आता फक्त एक तासांमध्ये बारा वर्षांपूर्वीचा शेत जमिनीचा जुना वाद मिटणार आहे. त्यासाठी शेतकऱ्यांना आता राज्य सरकारच्या सलोखा योजनेचा लाभ घ्यावा लागणार आहे.
बऱ्याचदा शेतकऱ्यांना जर जमिनीचे काही वाद असतील तर ते मिटवण्यासाठी संबंधित अधिकाऱ्यांकडे फेरे घालावे लागतात. मात्र अधिकाऱ्यांकडे फेरे घालून देखील हा वाद मिटत नाही. यासाठी मोठ्या प्रमाणात पैसे देखील खर्च होतात. मात्र आता शेतकऱ्यांसाठी यामध्ये एक आनंदाची बाब आहे. शेतकऱ्यांना आता फक्त एक हजार रुपये खर्च येणार आहे आणि एका तासात शेतकऱ्यांना त्यांची जमीन मिळेल, अशी माहिती मुद्रांक शुल्क जिल्हाधिकारी गोविंद गीते यांनी दिली आहे. मात्र अनेक जणांना सरकारच्या योजनेची माहिती नसल्यामुळे ही योजना सुरू होऊनही अनेक जण त्यांच्या लाभापासून वंचित राहत आहेत.
