गणेश इंगळे यांच्याकडे यापूर्वी माळशिरस तालुका प्रमुखाची जबाबदारी होती. याकाळात त्यांनी तालुक्यातील विविध समस्या सोडविण्यासाठी व पक्षाची वाढ करण्यासाठी बरेच प्रयत्न केले आहेत. त्याच माध्यमातून केलेल्या कामांची पक्षाने योग्य दखल घेतल्याची भावना माळशिरस तालुक्यातील युवासेना-शिवसेना कार्यकर्त्यांनी व्यक्त केली. तसेच सध्याची राजकीय परिस्थिती आमदार, खासदारांचे बंड यामुळे उद्धव ठाकरे यांना मुख्यमंत्री पदाचा राजीनामा द्यावा लागला. या पार्श्वभूमीवर जिल्ह्यातील युवासेना शिवसेना कार्यकर्त्यांची मोठी विश्वासू फळी निर्माण करण्याचे आव्हान त्यांच्या समोर आहे.
माळशिरस तालुक्यात शिवसेनेला व युवा सेनेला गणेश इंगळे यांच्या रूपाने एक युवा नेतृत्व मिळाले आहे. गणेश इंगळे यांच्यासारख्या सामान्य कुटुंबातील व्यक्तीला पक्षाने युवा सेना जिल्हा प्रमुख पदाची जबाबदारी दिल्याने युवकांमध्ये एक नवचैतन्य निर्माण झाले आहे. शिवसेना पक्षाची भूमिका आणि विचार तळागाळापर्यंत पोहोचवण्यासाठी सतत कार्यरत राहणार असल्याचे नुतन जिल्हाप्रमुख गणेश इंगळे बारामती झटक्याशी बोलताना सांगितले.
