स्वत: आर्थिक विवंचनेत असताना शंकरनगर येथील महर्षि शंकरराव मोहिते प्रशालेतील शिपाई पदावर कार्यरत असणारे चंद्रशेखर जाधव यांनी एका शिक्षकाचे गहाळ झालेले २० हजार रुपये त्यांच्या स्वाधीन करत प्रामाणिकपणाचा आणखी एक नवा आदर्श समाजापुढे ठेवला. सकाळी शाळा, त्यात घटक चाचणी परीक्षेच्या लगबगीत शाळेतील संगित शिक्षक बाळासाहेब झांबरे यांचे २० हजार रुपयांचे बंडल मुख्याध्यापक कार्यालयासमोर पडले. पाचशे रुपयांचे रबर लावलेच्या नोटांचे पुडगे बेवारस अवस्थेत पडल्याने तिथेच कर्तव्य बजावत असलेल्या चंद्रशेखर जालींदर जाधव यांच्या नजरेस पडले. त्यांनी ते घेवुन पैशाच्या मालकाचा शोध घेतला. पण कुणीही पुढे आले नसल्याने त्यांनी ते पैसे स्वत:जवळ ठेवत पैशाच्या मालकाची प्रतिक्षा करीत राहिले. तब्बल दोन तासांनी शाळेतीलच संगित शिक्षक बाळासाहेब झांबरे हे अस्वस्थ चेहऱ्याने व्हरांड्यात फिरताना दिसले. चेहऱ्यावरील भेदरलेले भाव आणि शोधक नजर चंद्रशेखर यांनी टिपली. त्यांच्या नाराज चेहऱ्याकडे पाहत नाराजीचे कारण विचारत अंदाज घेतला. विचारपुस करत असताना शिक्षक बाळासाहेब झांबरे यांनी साश्रु नयनांनी हरवलेल्या २० हजारांची कहाणी सांगितली. त्यांच्या शब्दातील वास्तव चंद्रशेखर जाधव यांच्या विश्वासास पात्र ठरली. पैसे त्यांचेच असल्याची खात्री केली आणि कुठल्याही मोहाला बळी न पडता २० हजार रुपये त्यांच्या स्वाधीन केले.
सध्या समाजातील हरवलेल्या माणुसकीच्या गर्दीतही चंद्रशेखर यांच्यातील माणुसकी पाहुन झांबरे गहिवरले. स्वत: आर्थिक अडचणीत असताना चंद्रशेखर जाधव यांनी २० हजार परत करुन समाजापुढे प्रामाणिकपणाचा नवा आदर्श ठेवला. त्यांचा प्रामाणिकपणा पाहुन बाळासाहेब झांबरे यांनी स्वखुशीने त्यांना एक हजार रुपये भेट दिले. ते एक हजार रुपयेही त्या निस्वार्थी व्यक्तीमत्वाने प्रशालेतील गरीब सहाय्य निधीत जमा करुन मनाच्या मोठेपणाचे दर्शन घडविले.
चंद्रशेखर यांनी दाखावलेल्या प्रामाणिकपणाचा व त्यांच्या निस्वार्थी स्वभावाचा सहकार महर्षि कारखान्याचे अध्यक्ष जयसिंह मोहिते-पाटील, संस्थेचे अध्यक्ष संग्रामसिंह मोहिते-पाटील, संस्थेच्या संचालीका स्वरुपाराणी मोहिते-पाटील, सचिव अभिजीत रणवरे, सहसचिव हर्षवर्धन खराडे, प्रशाला समिती सभापती ॲड. नितीन खराडे, मुख्याध्यापक संजय गळीतकर, सर्व शिक्षक वृंद व शिक्षकेतर कर्मचारी यांनी कौतुक करुन अभिनंदन केले.
