शगावातील विविध मंजूर विकास कामांसाठी आवश्यक असलेली ग्रामपंचायतीच्या ठरावाची प्रत किंवा NOC ची अट काढून टाकणे बाबत आमदार सदाभाऊ खोत यांनी ग्रामविकास मंत्री ना. जयकुमारजी गोरे यांची भेट घेतली.
गावागावात विविध लेखाशीर्ष अंतर्गत कामे मंजूर होत असतात. परंतु, या मंजूर कामांसाठी ग्रामपंचायतीचा ठराव किंवा ना हरकत दाखला आवश्यक असतो. अनेक ग्रामपंचायती विरोधकांच्या ताब्यात असल्यामुळे ते ग्रामपंचायतीचा ठराव किंवा ना हरकत पत्र देत नाहीत. या कारणामुळे गावातील विकास कामे करण्यास अडथळा निर्माण होत आहे. काम न झाल्यामुळे एकतर तो निधी तसाच पडून राहतो किंवा लॅप्स होतो.
वरील परिस्थिती लक्षात घेता गावातील मंजूर विकास कामांसाठी ग्रामपंचायतीच्या ठरावाची किंवा ना हरकत दाखल्याची अट काढून टाकण्याबाबतची विनंती निवेदनाद्वारे केली.
