माढा लोकसभा मतदार संघातील माढा विधानसभा मतदार संघात असणाऱ्या माळशिरस तालुक्यातील महाळुंग गावामधील मतदान केंद्र क्रमांक 43/245/295 महाळुंग जिल्हा परिषद भगत वस्ती येथे बोगस मतदान झाल्याबाबत महाळुंग नगरपंचायत गटनेते राहुल कुंडलिक रेडे पाटील व महाळुंग विविध कार्यकारी सेवा सोसायटीचे चेअरमन राजेंद्र वसंत वाळेकर यांनी माढा तहसीलदार तथा सहाय्यक निवडणूक अधिकारी यांच्याकडे रीतसर तक्रार दाखल करून सदरच्या प्रती जिल्हाधिकारी सोलापूर, सहाय्यक निवडणूक निर्णय अधिकारी सोलापूर, पोलीस अधीक्षक सोलापूर ग्रामीण, पोलीस निरीक्षक अकलूज पोलीस स्टेशन यांच्याकडे दिलेल्या आहेत.

सदर दिलेल्या तक्रारी अर्जामध्ये वरील ठिकाणी दि. 07/05/2024 रोजी सकाळी दहा वाजल्यासून ते सायंकाळी सहा वाजेपर्यंत बोगस मतदान झाले असून सदर बोगस मतदान केंद्रावरती केंद्रप्रमुख मतदान प्रतिनिधी व सर्व कर्मचारी यांच्या संगनमताने मोठ्या प्रमाणावर मूळ मतदार वगळता वरील सर्व जणांनी लोकशाहीला बाधा पोहोचेल असे व अनेक लोकांना मतदानापासून वंचित ठेवून बोगस मतदान केले असून त्या सर्वांची उच्चपदस्थ चौकशी लावून सदर व्यक्ती वरती कडक कार्यवाही व्हावी. तसेच सीसीटीव्ही फुटेज, हाताच्या ठशांचे व सह्यांचे नमुने तपासावेत आणि कडक कारवाई करावी, अशा प्रकारे तक्रारी अर्ज देण्यात आलेला आहे.
