देशाचे पंतप्रधान नरेंद्रजी मोदी आणि महाराष्ट्र राज्याचे उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्रजी फडवणीस यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली माढा लोकसभेचे कार्यतत्पर व पाणीदार खासदार रणजितसिंह नाईक निंबाळकर यांनी माळशिरस तालुक्याच्या पश्चिम भागातील शेतकऱ्यांचे जीवनमान उंचावणारी व जिव्हाळ्याची असणारी प्रलंबित निरा देवधर योजना या योजनेला कागदावरून मृगजळ वाटणारी योजना प्रत्यक्षात मार्गी लावून कामास गती आलेली आहे. माळशिरस तालुक्यातील १६ गावांचा समावेश होता. प्रलंबित असणाऱ्या उर्वरित १६ गावांचा समावेश करून ३२ गावांचा कायमस्वरूपी पाण्याचा प्रश्न सोडविलेला आहे.

इंग्रज कालीन प्रलंबित असणारा लोणंद-फलटण-पंढरपूर रेल्वेचा प्रश्न निकाली काढलेला आहे. लोणंदपासून फलटणपर्यंत रेल्वेचे काम पूर्ण झालेले आहे. फलटणपासून पंढरपूरकडे जाणाऱ्या रेल्वेचा सुद्धा प्रश्न मिटलेला आहे. आचारसंहितेमुळे उद्घाटन रेंगाळलेले आहे, तोही प्रश्न निवडणुकीनंतर सुटणार आहे. याचबरोबर केंद्रातील विविध योजना माळशिरस तालुक्यात आणलेल्या आहेत.
