मुंबई पोलीस भरती प्रतीक्षा यादीतील विद्यार्थ्यांचे आ. राम सातपुते यांना निवेदन
आमदार राम सातपुते यांनी प्रश्न मार्गी लावणार असल्याचे दिले आश्वासन

मुंबई पोलीस भरती 2021-22 प्रतिक्षा यादीतील सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांनी माळशिरस विधानसभा मतदार संघाचे लोकप्रिय दमदार आमदार राम सातपुते यांना कागदपत्र पडताळणी झाली असून त्यांचे वैद्यकीय पडताळणी करून नियुक्ती देण्याबाबतचे निवेदन दिले आहे. सदरचे निवेदन महर्षी करिअर अकॅडमी अकलूजचे संचालक अजित चंदनकर यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली देण्यात आले. माढा लोकसभेचे कार्यतत्पर व पाणीदार खासदार रणजितसिंह नाईक निंबाळकर दिल्लीला गेलेले असल्याने दूरध्वनीवरून संपर्क केला असता त्यांनी सदरचा प्रश्न मार्गी लावण्यासाठी प्रयत्न करणार असल्याचे सांगितले. तसेच आमदार राम सातपुते यांना निवेदन देऊन प्रत्यक्ष चर्चा करण्यात आली. त्यांनीही प्रश्न मार्गी लावणार असल्याचे सांगितले.
यावेळी अनिल वाघमोडे, सागर काळे, आविष्कार निकम, अजिंक्य बंडगर, किरण माळी, सोमनाथ वाघमोडे, हरिदास कांबळे, विशाल वाघमोडे, करण लोंढे तसेच माळशिरस तालुक्यातील विद्यार्थी उपस्थित होते.
सदर निवेदनात असे नमूद करण्यात आले आहे की, सध्या गृह विभागात भरपूर प्रमाणात रिक्त पदे असून त्यामध्ये मुंबई पोलीस दलात तब्बल 26 हजार पर्यंत शिपाई पदाची रिक्त पदे आहेत. त्यापैकी पोलीस विभागाने 2022 मध्ये १० हजार पदे भरण्याचा निर्णय घेतला होता. मात्र, ७०७६ पदांची भरती राबवली म्हणजेच ७० टक्के पदांची भरती प्रक्रिया राबवली. ही भरती प्रक्रिया १००% नसून त्यामुळे वेटिंग वरील सर्व उमेदवार सामावून घेण्यात यावेत. कारण सध्या मुंबई पोलीसवरती भरपूर ताण येत असल्याचे दिसून येत आहे.
२०१४ पासून पोलीस विभागामध्ये महाभरती झाली नाही आणि मुंबई पोलीस विभागामध्ये अनेक जागा रिक्त असल्यामुळे पोलीस विभागाने आता भरती काढली. पण, त्यामध्ये १०० टक्के पद भरती घेतली नाही. त्यामुळे अनेक मुले मुली वयात बाद होत आहेत.
सध्या मुंबई पोलीस दलात २०२१ मधील रिक्त पदांची भरती करण्यात आली. तरीही त्यावर्षीची ३ हजार हून अधिक पदे रिक्त आहेत आणि त्यावेळी प्रतीक्षा यादीतील सर्व मुलांची कागदपत्र पडताळणी पोलीस व्हेरिफिकेशन आणि जी प्रोसेस निवड यादीतील मुलांची केली जाते ती करून घेतली आहे. मात्र, कसलीही स्पष्टता करण्यात आली नाही. त्यामुळे मुलांमध्ये संभ्रम निर्माण झाला आहे. तसेच २०२२ आणि २०२३ मधील अजून पदे रिक्त आहेत. त्यामुळे मुंबई पोलीस दलावर खूप ताण निर्माण होत आहे.
सध्या मराठा आरक्षण लोकसभा व विधानसभा निवडणुका यामुळे भरती घेणे थोडेसे अवघड होईल आणि मुंबई पोलीस दलावर खूप ताण निर्माण होईल. हा ताण कमी करण्यासाठी आपण मुंबई पोलीस भरती २०२१ मधील प्रतीक्षा यादीतील मुलांना निवड यादीत समावेश करून त्यांना संधी देऊन पोलीस दलावर जो ताण आहे तो कमी करण्यास मदत होईल. तरी मुंबई पोलीस भरती २०२१ प्रतीक्षा यादीतील सर्व मुलांना निवड करून त्यांना संधी द्यावी, अशी विनंती देखील या निवेदनात करण्यात आली आहे.
सदर निवेदनावर मुंबई पोलीस भरती 2021 प्रतिक्षा यादीतील सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांनी सह्या केल्या असून हे निवेदन माळशिरस विधानसभा मतदारसंघाचे आमदार रामभाऊ सातपुते साहेब यांना देण्यात आले आहे.
