त्यानंतर मान्यवरांचे हस्ते फटाक्याच्या आतिषबाजीत स़द्गगुरू श्री श्री रविशंकरजींच्या प्रतिमेचे पूजन व दिपप्रज्वलनाने सभेच्या कार्यक्रमास संचालक श्रीमंत तांदुळकर, मोहन बागल, सौ. उषाताई मारकड, जनरल मॅनेजर रामाराव, एचआर व ॲडमिन मॅनेजर सचिन खटके, सर्व खातेप्रमुख राजेवाडीचे सरपंच प्रशांत शिरकांडे, ईटकीचे सरपंच कृष्णांत सावंत, हिंगणीचे सरपंच सत्यवान ढेकळे, बचेरी सरपंच सौ. राणी गोरड, शेतकरी संघटनेचे कांतीलाल नाईकनवरे व अनेक मान्यवरांचे प्रमुख उपस्थितीमध्ये सुरुवात करण्यात आली. सभेपूर्वी मान्यवरांचा सन्मान करण्यात आला. तर प्रास्ताविकातुन व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक उदयजी जाधव यांनी कारखान्याच्या सुरवातीपासून सर्व लेखाजोखा सांगत अनेक संकटांना सामोरे जाऊन आपला कारखाना दिवसेंदिवस आपणा सर्वांच्या सहकार्यामुळेच प्रगतीची शिखरे गाठत आकाशाला गवसणी घालण्याइतपत मार्गक्रमण करीत असल्याचे सांगुन कारखाना सदैव शेतकरी सभासद यांचे हितच पाहणार असुन दिपावलीतही समाधानी राहण्यासाठी दि. ३१आक्टोबरपासुन मागील आलेल्या ऊसाचे रुपये १५० (एकशे पन्नास) प्रमाणे बिल शेतकऱ्यांच्या खात्यावर सोडत असल्याची गोड बातमी सर्व संचालकांच्या संमतीने जाहीर केली. शिवाचार्य माढेकर महाराज, शिवाचार्य महाराज, ह.भ.प. बापूसाहेब मोरे महाराज यांनी कारखान्याची वाहवा करीत शुभाशिर्वाद दिले. तसेच गुरुभक्तीभूषण हरिहरनंदन महाराज यांनी दूरध्वनीवरून शुभाशीर्वाद दिले. आमदार अनिलभाऊ बाबर यांनी तर आपल्या दमदार भाषणातुन चेअरमन एन. शेषागिरीराव व संचालक मंडळाचे प्रथमपासूनच कौतुक करीत कोविड काळात केलेली मदत कधीच विसरणार नसुन रस्ते व पाण्याबाबतचे सर्वतोपरी सहकार्य मी निश्चितच करणार असुन कारखान्याच्या माध्यमातून निसर्गाच्या सेवेबद्दल वाहवा केली.
तसेच ह.भ.प. विठ्ठल पाटील यांनीही कारखान्याबाबत प्रशंसनीय उद्गगार काढले. त्याचप्रमाणे व्हा. चेअरमन बाळासाहेब कर्णवर पाटील यांनीही आपल्या आभार प्रदर्शनाच्या भाषणातून ‘शेतकरी सुखी तर आपण सुखी’ या वाक्याने सुरूवात करुन शेतकरी वर्गाला ऊसाचा दर कधीही दोन हजारांहून पुढे माहीती नव्हता. परंतु, आपल्या सद्गुरूच्या पहिल्याच गळीत हंगामात दोन हजार पाचशे दर देऊन कारखान्याच्या पहिल्याच हंगामात शेतकरी राजा आपलासा करुन विश्वास प्राप्त केल्याची आठवण करीत चालुवर्षीही शेतकरी वर्ग खुष होईल असाच दर देणार असल्याचे घोषित करुन आभार प्रदर्शनातून सर्वांना धन्यवाद दिले.
