टेंभुर्णी पोलीस ठाणे येथे शेतातील मोटर चोरी केले प्रकरणी गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला होता. दि. 21-9-2018 रोजी यातील आरोपीस अटक करून पो. ना. बोधवड, पो. कॉ. डोंगरे सोबत चोरीतील आरोपीला घेवून पंचनामा करण्यासाठी शेवरे शिवारातील कॅनॉल जवळ घेऊन जाऊन दोन पंचासमक्ष पंचनामा करत असताना इसम नामे दीपक दगडू मस्के रा. शेवरे, ता. माढा हा तेथे आला. त्याने पोलिसाच्या ताब्यातील आरोपीस तू आमच्या कॅनॉलमधील मोटरी चोरतोस काय ? असे म्हणून त्याचे गालात चापट मारली. त्यावेळी पोलीस बोधवड यांनी आमच्या ताब्यातील आरोपीस मारू नको, असे म्हणले असता दीपक मस्के याने पोलीस बोदवड यांच्या हातातील कागदपत्रे हिसकावून त्यांना ढकलून देऊन पळून गेला. अशा रीतीने सरकारी काम करीत असताना सरकारी कामात अडथळा केला
म्हणून फिर्यादी पो. ना. सोपान बोधवड यांनी आरोपीविरूध्द टेंभुर्णी पोलीस ठाण्यात गु.र.नं 453/2018 भा.द.वि. कलम 353 अन्वये गुन्हा दाखल केला. पुढील तपास स.पो.नि राजेंद्र मगदूम यांनी करुन आरोपीविरुद्ध सबळ पुरावा गोळा करून मा. न्यायालयात दोषारोप पत्र दाखल केले.

सरकार पक्षाच्या वतीने सदर गुन्हा शाबितीसाठी 6 साक्षीदार तपासण्यात आले. यातील फिर्यादी व साक्षीदार यांची साक्ष तसेच तपासी अंमलदार स. पो. नि. राजेंद्र मगदूम यांनी तपासा दरम्यान गोळा केलेले पुरावे हे सहा सरकारी वकिल डी. डी. देशमुख यांनी मा. न्यायालयासमोर मांडले.

सरकारी पक्षाचा पुरावा याचा विचार करता मा. अति. सहा. जिल्हा न्यायाधीश श्री. आर. एम. कुलकर्णी साहेब यांनी आरोपी दीपक दगडू मस्के रा. शेवरे, ता. माढा यास भादविक 353 अन्वये दोषी ठरवून 2 वर्ष शिक्षा, भादविक 323 अन्वये दोषी ठरवून 3 महिन्याची शिक्षा ठोठावली आहे. दोन्ही शिक्षा एकत्र भोगावयाच्या आहेत.

सरकार पक्षा तर्फे अॅड. श्री. दिनेश देशमुख यांनी काम पाहीले. सदर केसमध्ये मा. श्री. अजित पाटील उपविभागीय पोलीस अधिकारी करमाळा व मा. श्री. दिपक पाटील पोलीस निरीक्षक टेंभुर्णी पोलीस ठाणे यांनी फिर्यादी व साक्षीदार यांना वेळोवेळी मार्गदर्शन केले. सदर गुन्हयाचा तपास स.पो.नि राजेंद्र मगदूम यांनी केलेला होता. तसेच कोर्ट पैरवी म्हणून पोहेकॉ अमृत खेडकर यांनी काम पाहिले.
