माळशिरस नगरपंचायत हद्दीत जुनी पंचायत समिती समोर महिला बालकल्याण विभागाच्या जागेसमोर पुणे-पंढरपूर रोडवर अतिक्रमणाचा विळखा तयार झालेला आहे. माळशिरस नगरपंचायत हद्दीत अतिक्रमणाने डोके वर काढलेले आहे. तरीसुद्धा प्रशासनाची डोळे झाक का ? असा सवाल सर्वसामान्य जनतेतून होत आहे.
माळशिरस नगरपंचायत हद्दीतील जुनी पंचायत समिती समोर काही महिन्यापूर्वी अतिक्रमण केलेले होते. सदरचे अतिक्रमण माळशिरस नगरपंचायत, तहसील कार्यालय, माळशिरस पोलीस स्टेशन यांनी संयुक्त मोहीम राबवून काढलेले होते. त्यामुळे अतिक्रमण करणाऱ्या लोकांवर वचक बसलेली होती. सध्या प्रशासनाची वचक कमी झाली की काय, अशी शंका सर्वसामान्य जनतेच्या मनात येत आहे. माळशिरस नगरपंचायत हद्दीत जुनी पंचायत समिती समोर पोलीस स्टेशन रोडवर भाजी मंडई या ठिकाणी व माळशिरस नगरपंचायत हद्दीत अनेक ठिकाणी जागा स्वच्छ करून अतिक्रमण करणारे लोक दबा धरून बसलेली आहेत, केव्हा अतिक्रमण करतील सांगता येत नाही, अशी परिस्थिती निर्माण झालेली आहे.
माळशिरस नगरपंचायत हद्दीत अतिक्रमण कोणाच्या आशीर्वादाने होत आहे, असा सवाल उपस्थित होत आहे. गोरगरिबांना पुढे करून धनदांडग्यांचे अतिक्रमण आहे. त्यामुळे या अतिक्रमणाकडे माळशिरस नगरपंचायत, तहसील कार्यालय व माळशिरस पोलीस स्टेशन काय भूमिका घेते, याकडे लक्ष लागून राहिलेले आहे. कारण पूर्वी केलेल्या अतिक्रमणावेळी लोकांवर अन्याय झालेला आहे. त्या काळामध्ये पत्रे, अँगल, शटर सर्व उचकटून टाकलेले होते, जप्त सुद्धा केलेले होते. आता नव्याने अतिक्रमण झालेले आहे. या अतिक्रमणाकडे प्रशासन डोळे झाक करणार ?, का डोळे उघडून अतिक्रमण काढून टाकतील, अशी सर्वसामान्य जनतेमध्ये चौकाचौकात चर्चा सुरू आहे.
