भांबुर्डी ता. माळशिरस गावातील सामाजिक कार्यकर्ते व ग्रामपंचायतीचे माजी सदस्य विष्णुपंत अण्णा वाघमोडे यांनी जिल्हा परिषद सोलापूर यांच्याकडे भांबुर्डी ग्रामपंचायत सदस्य यांच्या विरोधात तक्रारी अर्ज दिलेला होता. सदरच्या तक्रारी अर्जाच्या अनुषंगाने प्रशासक तथा मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी जिल्हा परिषद सोलापूर यांचे न्यायालयात प्रशासक तथा मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी मनीषा आव्हाळे यांनी भांबुर्डी ग्रामपंचायतीचे आठ सदस्य यांचे सदस्यत्व रद्द केलेले आहे.
त्यामध्ये श्री. आप्पा रामहरी वाघमोडे, श्री. अमोल निवृत्ती काटकर, सौ. ललिता सिद्धनाथ बंडगर, सौ. कोमल संतोष वाघमोडे, सौ. मनीषा दिनेश जावीर, सौ. संगीता ज्ञानेश्वर करांडे, सौ. पूनम बापूराव नरळे, श्री. सतीश मनोहर तिकोटे हे सलग सहा महिन्यापेक्षा जास्त म्हणजेच 180 दिवसांपेक्षा जास्त ग्रामपंचायत सभेत गैरहजर असल्याने महाराष्ट्र ग्रामपंचायत अधिनियम 1958 चे कलम 140 अन्वये च्या आदेशाने दि. 27/02/2024 आज दिनांकपासून ते ग्रामपंचायत सदस्य असण्याचे बंद होईल. अशी निकालाची समज देऊन सदर पत्राच्या प्रति विभागीय आयुक्त पुणे विभाग पुणे यांना माहितीस्तव मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, जिल्हा परिषद सोलापूर, गटविकास अधिकारी, पंचायत समिती माळशिरस यांना माहितीसाठी व उचित कार्यवाहीसाठी पाठवलेले आहे.
