ॲड. प्रशांत सुरेश रुपनवर पाटील यांनी सोलापूर जिल्हा परिषदेचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांच्या प्रतीकात्मक पुतळ्याचे दि. ११/१२/२०२३ रोजी सकाळी ११ वा. दहन करण्याबाबतचे निवेदन माळशिरस पंचायत समितीचे गटविकास अधिकारी यांना दिले आहे.
सदर निवेदनात असे नमूद करण्यात आले आहे की, मौजे एकशिव ग्रामपंचायत ता. माळशिरस, जि. सोलापूर येथील अनेक समस्यांबाबत ग्रामपंचायत व आपणास तसेच मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी जिल्हा परिषद सोलापूर यांना वेळोवेळी निवेदन देऊन आपण कोणतेही कारवाई करत नाही. तसेच येथील ग्रामसेवक हे मागितलेली कोणती माहिती आपण निर्देश देऊन हि देत नाहीत. माहिती मागणी केली असता ते सांगतात की आज देतो, उद्या देतो व त्या संदर्भात कोणती माहिती देत नाहीत. तसेच गावामध्ये लक्षावधी रुपये खर्चूनसुद्धा निकृष्ट दर्जाची कामे होत आहेत. या संदर्भात आपणांस तसेच मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी सोलापूर जिल्हा परिषद सोलापूर यांना वेळोवेळी पत्रव्यवहार करून सुद्धा काहीही परिणाम होत नाही. आपल्या कार्यालयाकडून आपण काढलेल्या पत्रास केराची टोपली दाखवली जाते. गावामध्ये पाणी योजनेसाठी लक्षावधी रुपये खर्च करून सुद्धा गावातील लोकांना पिण्याचे पाणी मिळत नाही. यासंदर्भात ग्रामसेवक यांना विचारले असता ते म्हणतात की, जिल्हा परिषदेचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी पासून ते पंचायत समितीच्या शिपायापर्यंत आम्हाला याचं कमिशन द्यावे लागतात व आमचं कोणी काही करू शकत नाही. त्याचा प्रत्यय मला वेळो वेळी दिलेला पत्रावरती कोणतीही कारवाई होत नाही यावरून आला. या सर्व गोष्टींपासून व्यतीथ होऊन व याचा निषेध म्हणून या त्रिस्तरीयरचनेमधील सर्वोच्च घटक असणारे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी जिल्हा परिषद सोलापूर यांचा मी व समस्त गावकऱ्यांनी आपल्या कार्यासमोर प्रतीकात्मक पुतळा दहन करून निषेध करणार आहोत. आपण याची नोंद घ्यावी.
या सर्व घटनेस प्रशासनाने मौजे एकशिव गावामधील निकृष्ट केलेली कामे व त्यामधून सर्वांनी खाल्लेला मलिदा यातून गावचे झालेले नुकसान व याबद्दल आपण करत असलेली डोळेझाक, या गोष्टी जबाबदार असून जर ग्रामसेवक हे अशा स्वरूपाचे वक्तव्य करत असतील. आपणांसहित मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांच्यापर्यंत जर याचे कमिशन जात असेल व आमच्या गावातील सर्व सुविधा निकृष्ट होत असतील तर या सर्व गोष्टींना या सर्व खात्याचे प्रमुख म्हणून मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी सोलापूर यांना जबाबदार धरून यांच्या प्रतीकात्मक पुतळ्याचे दहन दि.ह११/१२/२०२३ रोजी सकाळी ११ वाजता ज्ञानेश्वर महाराज समाधी सोहळ्याच्या दिवशी अशा दुशप्रवृत्तींचा नाश व्हावा, यासाठी हे तीव्र आंदोलन करावे लागत आहे. याची प्रशासन गंभीरपणे दखल घ्यावी व याच्या होणाऱ्या परिणामास संपूर्ण प्रशासन जबाबदार असेल.
