माळशिरस तालुक्यातील पालखी महामार्गाच्या अतिमहत्त्वाच्या विविध समस्येबाबत केंद्रिय रस्ते परिवहनमंत्री नितीन गडकरी भारत सरकार दिल्ली यांच्याकडे दि. १० सप्टेंबर २०२२ रोजी निवेदन पाठवण्यात आले होते. या मागण्यांचा वेळोवेळी पाठपुरावा केला होता. आता विविध मागण्यास यश आले असुन नातेपुते गावातून जाणाऱ्या जुन्या पालखी मार्गाचे काम मागणीप्रमाणे मंजूर झाले असून लवकरच हे काम सुरू होणार असुन मागणीप्रमाणे पालखी महामार्ग डांबरीकरण होणार असल्याची माहिती तालुकाप्रमुख राजकुमार हिवरकर पाटील यांनी पत्रकार परीषदेत दिली. या सर्व मागण्या मंजूर झाल्याबद्दल प्रोजेक्ट मॅनेजर घोडके यांचा माळशिरस तालुका शिवसेनेच्यावतीने सत्कार करण्यात आल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले.

देशाचे रस्ते वाहतूक मंत्री नितीन गडकरी यांच्याकडे तालुकाप्रमुख राजकुमार हिवरकर पाटील यांनी विविध मागण्या केल्या होत्या. त्याचा सतत पाठपुरावा करण्यात आला होता. या मागण्या पूर्णत्वाकडे गेल्या असून यामध्ये नातेपुते शहरातील जुनापालखी महामार्ग हा तत्कालीन विजयसिंह मोहिते पाटील यांनी दोन्ही बाजूला जेवढा रुंद केला होता तेवढा रुंद करण्यासाठी मंजुरी आलेली आहे. तसेच नातेपुते – मांडवे रस्ता जुना ब्रिटिशकालीन असुन तो बंद न करता त्याला सिग्नल लावून स्पीड ब्रेकर करून तो नागरिकांसाठी बायपास चौकातून खुला करण्यात आलेला आहे. पुरंदावडे गावांमध्ये ग्रामीण रूग्णालयात जाण्यासाठी रस्त्याची मागणी केली होती, तोही मंजूर झाला आहे. गावातील रस्त्याच्या उत्तरेस हिंदूंची स्मशानभूमी व दक्षिणेस मुस्लिम स्मशानभुमी आहे. या दोन्ही स्मशान भुमिकडे जाण्यासाठी दक्षिण व उत्तर दिशेस राहणाऱ्या लोकांना खुप दूरवरून जावे लागत होते. हे अंतर कमी करण्यासाठी स्मशानभूमी नजिक असणाऱ्या पुलाच्या खालून अंडर बायपास करून तो रस्ता बनवण्यास मंजूरी मिळाली आहे. तसेच माळशिरस येथील पालखी महामार्गाचे पूर्ण डांबरीकरण होणार आहे. कारुंडे गावातील ॲड. लोंढे यांच्या शेताजवळुन अंडरपास देण्यात आला होता तोही मंजूर झाला आहे. त्यामुळे शेतकऱ्यांना ऊसाची वाहतूक सुलभ पद्धतीने करता येणार आहे. त्याचबरोबर मोरोची गावामध्ये सुद्धा प्राथमिक आरोग्य केंद्राच्या पूर्व बाजूला एक भुयारी मार्ग मंजूर करण्यात आला आहे. त्या अंडरपासमुळे गावच्या पश्चिम बाजूचा स्मशानभूमीचा उपयोग नागरिकांना बायपासमुळे करता येणार आहे.

यासाठी राज्याचे मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथराव शिंदे, उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणीस, आरोग्यमंत्री प्रा. तानाजीराव सावंत, शिवसेनेचे जिल्हा संपर्क प्रमुख शिवाजीराव सावंत यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली गेल्या वर्षभरापासून या सर्व बाबींचा पाठपुरावा करण्यात आला होता. या गोष्टीला न्याय मिळवून देण्याचे काम त्यांच्या माध्यमातून शिवसेनेने केलेले आहे. तालुक्याला वाढीव निधीअभावी रखडलेली कामे पूर्ण करून घेण्यासाठी वाढीव निधीची तरतुद करण्यात आल्याबद्दल रस्ते परिवहन मंत्री नितीन गडकरी यांचे शिवसेनेच्या वतीने त्यांनी आभार मानले. यामुळे आता पालखी सोहळा पंढरपूरला नव्या रस्त्यावरून दिमाखात जाईल. वैष्णवांचा मेळा संपूर्ण जग डोळ्याने पाहील. संत ज्ञानेश्वर महाराजांची पालखी माळशिरस तालुक्यात येण्याच्या अगोदर कामे पूर्ण होतील, असा असा विश्वास असून प्रशासन व ठेकेदारही ताकतीने कामे करत आहेत, अशी माहिती राजकुमार हिवरकर पाटील यांनी पत्रकार परीषदेत दिली. यावेळी शिवसेना शहरप्रमुख पोपटराव शिंदे उपस्थित होते.
