खरीप हंगामाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर करमाळा तालुक्यातील जवळपास 90 कृषी सेवा केंद्राची आतापर्यंत तपासणी झाली असून ज्या कृषी केंद्रात त्रुटी आढळल्या आहेत त्यांना नोटिसा देण्यात आल्या असून
काही व्यापाऱ्यांना सुनावणीसाठी सोलापूरला पाठवण्यात आले असल्याची माहिती भरारी पथकाचे प्रमुख तालुका कृषी अधिकारी संजय वाकडे यांनी दिली आहे.

करमाळा तालुक्यात जवळपास 400 परवानाधारक खते, बियाणे, कीटकनाशके विक्रेते आहेत.
गतवर्षी दुष्काळामुळे शेती व्यवसाय अडचणीत आला होता. करमाळ्यातील जवळपास प्रत्येक खेडेगावात कृषी सेवा केंद्र सुरू झाले आहेत. अनेक सुशिक्षित बेरोजगार तरुणांनी मुद्रा लोन अंतर्गत कर्ज घेऊन हा व्यवसाय सुरू केलेला आहे.
सध्या तालुक्यात उडीद, तूर, सूर्यफूल, कांदा, मका, मुग, चवळी, भाजीपाला आदी पिकांची लागवड होत आहे.

निर्मल उडीद कंपनीच्या बियाणामध्ये दरात प्रत्येक दुकानदाराकडे तफावत होत असल्यामुळे शेतकऱ्यात संभ्रमाचे वातावरण आहे.

करमाळा तालुक्यात खते, बी-बियाणे, कीटकनाशके मोठ्या प्रमाणावर उपलब्ध असून कोणत्याही बियाणाची टंचाई नाही. मात्र, युरिया डीएपी ही खते कंपन्यांकडून मुबलक प्रमाणात दिली जात नाहीत. शिवाय या खतासोबत कंपन्या नॅनो युरिया, नॅनो डीएपी व कंपन्यांचे इतर प्रॉडक्ट कीटकनाशके बळजबरीने कृषी विक्रेत्यांना कंपन्या खरेदी करण्यास भाग पाडत आहेत. शिवाय खते कृषी विक्री त्यांच्या गोडाऊन पर्यंत पोहोच देणे हे कायद्याने बंधनकारक असताना काही कंपन्या व्यापाऱ्यांकडून खताचे वाहतुकीचे भाडे पुढे आकारतात. यामुळे रासायनिक खताची किंमत एमआरपी पेक्षा पुढे जाते.

विशेषतः युरिया खतासाठी रेल्वे पॉईंट वरून स्वखर्चाने युरिया वाहतूक करून आणला तर हा युरिया व्यापाराला 275 ते 280 रुपये ला पडतो. मात्र, विक्री 266 ने करावी लागते.

शेतकऱ्यांना वेळेत खते मिळावीत म्हणून व्यापारी स्वखर्चाने वाहतूक करून खते आणतात. याबाबत कृषी खात्याने योग्य ती दखल घेतली पाहिजे, असे महाराष्ट्र फर्टीलायझर सीड्स डीलर पेस्ट साईड असोसिएशन पुणेचे संचालक महेश चिवटे यांनी केले आहे.

नॅनो युरिया, ज्ञानू डीएपी ही लिक्विड खते बाजारात उपलब्ध असून या खतामुळे शेतकऱ्यांची मोठी आर्थिक बचत होत आहे. तरी या खतांचा जास्तीत जास्त वापर करावा. केंद्र शासनाने या खतासाठी प्रोत्साहन दिले असून याचा फायदा घ्यावा, असे आवाहन इसको कंपनीचे मार्केटिंग मॅनेजर संजय मोरे यांनी केले आहे.

केंद्र सरकार अनुदान देत असलेली सर्व रासायनिक खते उत्तम प्रतीचे असून ठराविक ब्रँडची खते शेतकरी मागत असल्यामुळे कधी कधी बाजारात टंचाई जाणवते मात्र, शेतकऱ्यांनी असे न करता उपलब्ध नामांकित कंपन्यांचे खते खरेदी करावीत.
