कर्मयोगी सुधाकरपंत परिचारक पांडुरंग सहकारी साखर कारखान्याच्या वाखरी (ता. पंढरपूर) येथील प्रशासकीय इमारतीचे उद्‌घाटन उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या हस्ते करण्यात आले, त्याप्रसंगी ते बोलत होते. यावेळी पालकमंत्री चंद्रकांतदादा पाटील, सार्वजनिक आरोग्य मंत्री प्रा. तानाजी सावंत, आमदार सर्वश्री राजेंद्र राऊत, समाधान आवताडे, आ. राम सातपुते, सचिन कल्याणशेट्टी, माजी मंत्री आ. विजयकुमार देशमुख, माजी आमदार प्रशांत परिचारक, जिल्हाधिकारी कुमार आशीर्वाद यांच्यासह संचालक मंडळ व सभासद उपस्थित होते.
पूढे बोलताना उपमुख्यमंत्री फडवणीस म्हणाले, सहकार महर्षी सुधाकरपंत परिचारक यांनी सहकार उद्योग मोठा केला असून त्यांच्याकडे समाजाभिमुख नेतृत्व होते. त्यांनी या भागात सहकार क्षेत्रातून केलेल्या कामामुळे अनेक लोकांची आर्थिक प्रगती झालेली आहे. सर्व सामान्यांच्या सर्वांगीण विकासासाठी कर्मयोगी सुधाकरपंत परिचारक यांनी सहकार क्षेत्राचा अत्यंत चांगल्या पद्धतीने वापर केला, असे त्यांनी सांगितले.
पांडुरंग सहकारी साखर कारखाना वाखरी पासून ३० किलोमीटर अंतरावर आहे. सभासदांची गैरसोय लक्षात घेता सभासदांना कारखान्याच्या सुविधा मेळाव्यात यासाठी वाखरी येथे प्रशासकीय इमारत बांधण्यात आली आहे, अशी माहिती माजी आमदार प्रशांत परिचारक यांनी दिली.
