महाराष्ट्र राज्याचे विद्यमान उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्रजी फडणवीस यांच्या कृपा आशीर्वादाने व सहकार्याने आणि महाराष्ट्र राज्याचे माजी उपमुख्यमंत्री विजयसिंह मोहिते पाटील यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली भारतीय जनता युवा मोर्चाचे राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष व माळशिरस विधानसभेचे लोकप्रिय दमदार आमदार राम सातपुते यांनी पिलीव गावचे ग्रामदैवत श्री महालक्ष्मी मंदिराशेजारी तलाव व जमदाडे लवण वस्ती शेजारील तलावाचे रूपांतर साठवण तलावात करून सदरच्या दोन्ही साठवण तलावासाठी अनुक्रमे 04 कोटी 85 लाख व 04 कोटी 70 लाख असे एकूण 09 कोटी 55 लाख रुपयांचा निधी मंजूर करून प्रशासकीय मान्यता मिळविलेली आहे. साठवण तलावामुळे ग्रामदैवत श्री महालक्ष्मी देवीच्या यात्रेच्या वेळेस भाविक व यात्रेकरुंना कायम फायदा होणार आहे तर स्थानिक नागरिक यांचा शेतीचा व इतर पाण्याचा प्रश्न कायमस्वरूपी मिटणार आहे. त्यामुळे माळशिरस विधानसभेचे लोकप्रिय दमदार आमदार राम सातपुते यांची कायम “आठवण” पिलीवच्या “साठवण” तलावामुळे राहणार आहे.
