आम्ही रॉयल शेतकरी आहोत, जास्त दर असणाऱ्या कारखान्यांना ऊस घालणार, कमी दर असणार्‍या कारखान्याला ऊस घालणारे आम्ही लाचार शेतकरी नाही – ऊस उत्पादक शेतकरी

महाराष्ट्रामध्ये अनेक खाजगी व सहकारी साखर कारखाने आहेत. दिवसेंदिवस ऊस उत्पादक शेतकऱ्यांचे प्रमाण वाढत आहे. अनेक शेतकऱ्यांना शेती महामंडळाकडून जमिनी परत मिळालेल्या आहेत. माळशिरस तालुक्यात उसाचे प्रमाण वाढलेले आहे. माळशिरस तालुक्यातील ऊस तालुक्यात गाळपासाठी येणाऱ्या उसाला कारखान्यांकडून दर मिळत नसल्याने सदाशिवनगर साखर कारखान्याच्या (समोरून) उरावरून लाखो टन ऊस फलटण, बारामती, इंदापूर तालुक्यातील कारखान्यांना जातोय. याबाबत ऊस उत्पादक शेतकऱ्यांशी थेट संपर्क साधल्यानंतर, आम्ही रॉयल शेतकरी आहोत, जास्त दर असणाऱ्या कारखान्यांना ऊस घालणार. कमी दर असणाऱ्या कारखान्याला ऊस घालणारे आम्ही लाचार शेतकरी नाही. अशी दरामध्ये तफावत असल्याने ऊस उत्पादक शेतकऱ्यांमधून प्रतिक्रिया येत आहे.

ऊस उत्पादक शेतकऱ्यांना दिवसेंदिवस उत्पादन वाढविण्याकरिता तारेवरची कसरत करावी लागत आहे. वेळेवर लाईट नसते. पाण्याचे नियोजन चुकते. खतांच्या किमती गगनाला भिडलेल्या आहेत. शेतामध्ये काम करणाऱ्या मजुरांचा अभाव आहे, अशा सर्व समस्यांना तोंड देत शेतकरी पोटच्या लहान मुलासारखे ऊस पीक जपत आहेत. माळशिरस तालुक्यात माळीनगर, शंकरनगर, अकलूज, चांदापुरी, सदाशिवनगर असे कारखाने आहेत. तरीसुद्धा फलटण, बारामती, इंदापूर या तालुक्यात माळशिरस तालुक्यातील लाखो टन ऊस दररोज सदाशिवनगर साखर कारखान्याच्या समोरून जात आहे. ऊस उत्पादक शेतकऱ्यांमधून तालुक्यातील कारखान्यांपेक्षा ज्यादा दर बाहेरच्या तालुक्यात मिळत असल्याने आम्ही ऊस इतर तालुक्यात पाठवत असल्याच्या भावना शेतकऱ्यांमधून व्यक्त होत आहे.

खाजगी वजन काट्यावर वाहनांचे वजन केल्यानंतर बाहेरच्या कारखान्यांच्या वजनामध्ये फरक पडत नाही. मात्र, दरात २०० ते ३०० रुपयांचा फरक पडत असल्याने ऊस बाहेरच्या तालुक्यात जात आहे. ज्यांचे साखर कारखाने तालुक्यात आहेत, त्या कारखान्याचे संचालक मंडळ व इतर नातेवाईक यांचे सुद्धा ऊस बाहेरच्या तालुक्यात जात असल्याचे वाहनधारकांमधून माहिती समोर येत आहे.
