तहसीलदार जगदीश निंबाळकर यांच्यासारखी खोटी अवैध वाहतूक करणाऱ्यांवर कारवाई करून “घाल इसक अनं तोड दावं’ असं प्रशासन करणार का ?

माळशिरस तालुक्यात अवैध मुरूम वाहतूक राजरोसपणे तहसील कार्यालय माळशिरस उपविभागीय परिवहन कार्यालय अकलूज, वनपरिक्षेत्र कार्यालय माळशिरस यांच्या सौजन्याने मोठ्या प्रमाणावर सुरू आहे. जाणीवपूर्वक आर्थिक हितसंबंधामुळे दुर्लक्ष होत आहे. माळशिरसचे तहसीलदार जगदीश निंबाळकर यांनी चार ते पाच वाहनांवर कारवाई केलेली आहे. लाखो रुपये दंड केलेला आहे. अद्यापपर्यंत वाहने सोडवून वाहन मालकांनी नेलेली नाहीत. तहसीलदार जगदीश निंबाळकर यांच्यासारखी खोटी अवैध वाहतूक करणाऱ्या वाहनांवर कारवाई करून ‘घाल इसक आणि तोड दाव’, असं प्रशासन करणार का ? असा प्रश्न सर्वसामान्य जनतेला पडलेला आहे.

माळशिरस तालुक्यात श्री संत ज्ञानेश्वर महाराज आणि श्री संत तुकाराम महाराज पालखी महामार्गासाठी बेसुमार अवैध मुरूम वाहतूक मोठ्या प्रमाणावर सुरू आहे. जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयाकडून रॉयल्टी भरली जात असल्याचे सांगितले जाते. जरी रॉयल्टी असेल नसेल तरीसुद्धा मोठ्या प्रमाणात बेकायदेशीर मुरूम उत्खनन सुरू आहे. प्रत्येक गावाला तलाठी आहे. त्या तलाठ्यावर मंडल अधिकारी आहेत, तहसील कार्यालय आहे, तरीसुद्धा महसूल प्रशासनाची डोळेझाक होत आहे.

माळशिरस तालुका वनपरिक्षेत्र अधिकारी आहेत. तालुक्यांमध्ये अनेक गावात वनविभागाची व सामाजिक वनीकरणाची मोठ्या प्रमाणात जमिनी आहेत. सदरच्या जमिनीमधून बेकायदेशीर मुरूम उत्खनन करणाऱ्या वाहनांनी अनेक ठिकाणी रस्ते तयार करून झाडांची व जमिनीची मोठ्या प्रमाणात नुकसान व नासधूस केलेली आहे. माळशिरस तालुक्यात उपप्रादेशिक परिवहन कार्यालय आहे. कार्यालयात उपप्रादेशिक परिवहन अधिकारी व अनेक अधिकारी कार्यरत आहेत. भरारी पथकासाठी स्वतंत्र गाडी आहे. तरीसुद्धा अवैध मुरूम वाहतूक करणाऱ्या वाहनांवर मोठ्या प्रमाणात कारवाई केली जात नाही. या सर्व गोष्टींमध्ये महिन्याला आर्थिक पाकीट मिळत असल्यामुळे कारवाई करण्यास संबंधित तहसील कार्यालय वनविभाग व आरटीओ यांच्या हातातून पेन घसरत असल्याची चर्चा सर्वसामान्य जनतेमधून येत आहे.

सध्या माळशिरसचे निवासी नायब तहसीलदार श्री. तुषार देशमुख यांच्याकडे तहसीलदार पदाचा प्रभारी पदभार आहे. त्यांनी ठोस भूमिका घेऊन वनविभाग व आरटीओ विभागाला सूचना करून महसूल प्रशासनाचे कर्मचारी कामाला लावून अवैध मुरूम वाहतूक करणारे यांच्यावर दंडात्मक कारवाई करण्यात यावी, अशी सर्वसामान्य जनतेची भावना आहे. शासनाचा महसूल वाढेल व अवैध मुरूम वाहतूक करणाऱ्या वाहनधारकांना चपराक बसेल, अशी कारवाई करण्याची सर्वसामान्य जनतेची इच्छा आहे.
