प्रभाग रचनेत हस्तक्षेपास उच्च न्यायालयाचा नकार

झेडपी प्रभाग रचना जिल्ह्यातील चार तालुक्यांतून होत्या याचिका

सोलापूर (बारामती झटका)

जिल्हा परिषद व पंचायत समितीच्या अंतिम गट व गण रचनेच्या विरोधात उच्च न्यायालयात दाखल झालेल्या याचिकांवर आज सुनावणी झाली. जिल्हा परिषद गट व पंचायत समिती गणांच्या रचनेत हस्तक्षेप करण्यास उच्च न्यायालयाने नकार दिला आहे. त्यामुळे पूर्वीच्या प्रभाग रचनेबाबत दिलासा मिळाल्याचे मानले जात आहे.

न्यायमूर्ती प्रसन्न वरळे व किशोर संत यांच्यासमोर आज सुनावणी झाली. या प्रकरणातील आदेश आल्यानंतरच न्यायालयाने हस्तक्षेप करण्यास का नकार दिला, ही बाजू समोर येणार आहे. मोहोळ, माळशिरस, सांगोला व माढा तालुक्यातून राहुल पासले, सिद्धेश्वर मेटकरी, अर्जुनसिंह मोहिते पाटील, बाजीराव काटकर, ॲड. नितीन खराडे, धनाजी आसबे यांनी या याचिका दाखल केल्या होत्या. याचिकाकर्त्यांच्या वतीने ॲड. अभिजीत कुलकर्णी, ॲड. अनिल अतनूरकर यांनी बाजू मांडली. राज्य निवडणूक आयोगाच्या वतीने ॲड. शेटे तर राज्य शासनाच्या वतीने महाधिवक्ता आशुतोष कुंभकोणी यांनी प्रतिनिधीत्व केले.

सोलापूर जिल्ह्यातील माढा, माळशिरस, मोहोळ व सांगोला तालुक्यातून दाखल झालेल्या याचिकांसोबत पश्चिम महाराष्ट्रातील सांगली, सातारा, कोल्हापूर व पुणे जिल्ह्यातून दाखल झालेल्या याचिकांवर न्यायालयात एकत्रितपणे सुनावणी झाली. या याचिकांवर न्यायालयाने हस्तक्षेप करण्यास नकार दिल्याने जिल्हा परिषद व पंचायत समितीच्या निवडणुकांचा मार्ग मोकळा झाला आहे. प्रभाग रचनेत जिल्हा प्रशासनाने मोहोळ, माळशिरस तालुक्यात एकही नदी अस्तित्वात नसल्याचे दाखवले आहे. माढा आणि सांगोला तालुक्यात हायवे अथवा रेल्वे लाईन अस्तित्वात नसल्याबाबत जिल्हा कार्यालयाने नकाशा तयार करून रचनेचे रेकॉर्ड तयार करून केल्याचा प्रश्न या तालुक्यातील याचिकाकर्त्यांनी उपस्थित केला होता.
