मानसिक त्रास होत असल्याने माझ्या पदाची जबाबदारी व कामकाज करता येत नाही, संवैधानिक हक्क आणि अधिकारापासून हेतू पुरस्सर वंचित ठेवणाऱ्यांवर गुन्हा नोंद करावा, अन्यथा १४ ऑगस्ट पासून उपोषण करणार – महाळुंग-श्रीपुर नगरपंचायतीच्या विद्यमान नगराध्यक्षा सौ. लक्ष्मी अशोकराव चव्हाण.

माळशिरस तालुक्यातील महाळुंग-श्रीपुर नगरपंचायतीच्या विद्यमान नगराध्यक्षा सौ. लक्ष्मी अशोकराव चव्हाण यांनी सहाय्यक आयुक्त नगरपरिषद प्रशासन सोलापूर व सोलापूर जिल्ह्याचे जिल्हाधिकारी यांच्याकडे तक्रारीचे निवेदन दिलेले असून सदरच्या निवेदनामधील विषय मौजे महाळुंग-श्रीपुर नगरपंचायतीमध्ये नगरपंचायत स्थापन झाल्यापासून प्रथमच आरक्षणानुसार अनुसूचित जातीमधील मातंग समाजाची महिला म्हणून मी सौ. लक्ष्मी अशोकराव चव्हाण नगराध्यक्ष पदाची शपथ घेतल्यापासून मला माझ्या सहकाऱ्यांकडूनच त्यामध्ये उपनगराध्यक्ष भीमराव रेडे पाटील व सहकारी नगरसेवक मुख्याधिकारी कौस्तुभ गव्हाणे व इतर अधिकारी कर्मचारी यांच्याकडून खूप हीन वागणूक दिली जाते. त्यामुळे मानसिक त्रास होत आहे. मला माझ्या पदाची जबाबदारी व कामकाज न करण्यासह सभागृहात सुद्धा बोलण्यावर बंदी आहे. माझ्या परस्पर सही शिवाय नगराध्यक्षांच्या अनेक जबाबदाऱ्या पार पाडून घेतल्या जातात.

मला जाणीवपूर्वक प्रथम नागरिक तथा नगराध्यक्षा या पदाच्या जबाबदाऱ्यांपासून तसेच संवैज्ञानिक हक्क आणि अधिकारांपासून हेतू पुरस्सर वंचित ठेवणाऱ्यावरील सर्वांवर अनुसूचित जाती जमाती अत्याचार प्रतिबंधक अधिनियम १९८९ सुधारणा २०१५ व नागरी हक्क संरक्षक अधिनियम १९५६ नुसार गुन्हा दाखल होऊन तात्काळ पदमुक्त करावे. अन्यथा दि. १४/०८/२०२३ रोजी पर्यंत मला जाणीवपूर्वक हेतू पुरस्सर मागासवर्गीय मातंग समाजातील महिला समजून हीन वागणूक देणारे, मानसिक त्रास देणारे उपनगराध्यक्ष भीमराव रेडे पाटील यांचे सह नगरसेवक व मुख्याधिकारी कौस्तुभ गव्हाणे व इतर अधिकारी कर्मचारी यांच्यावर तात्काळ कारवाई न झाल्यास मी माझ्या सहकारी नगरसेवकांसह सहकुटुंब सहपरिवार आपल्या कार्यालयासमोर आमरण उपोषण करण्याकरिता दि. १४ ऑगस्ट २०२३ पासून उपोषणास बसणार आहे. याची गंभीरपूर्वक दखल घेऊन नियमित माननीय महोदयांनी कार्यवाही करावी. असे तक्रारी निवेदन पाच पानांमध्ये दि. ३१/०७/२०२३ रोजी दिलेले आहे. त्यामध्ये घडलेल्या सर्व घटनाक्रम व मुद्द्यांचा उल्लेख करून दिलेले आहे.

लोकशाहीर अण्णाभाऊ साठे यांच्या जयंतीच्या पूर्व संध्येला जिजाऊ, सावित्री, रमाई यांच्या विचारावर जनतेची व समाजाची सेवा करण्यासाठी सौ. लक्ष्मी अशोकराव चव्हाण यांच्यावर तक्रार करण्याची दुर्दैवी वेळ आलेली आहे. जिल्हाधिकारी व सहाय्यक आयुक्त नगर परिषद प्रशासन या तक्रारी निवेदनावर काय भूमिका घेतात, याकडे माळशिरस तालुक्यासह सोलापूर जिल्ह्याचे लक्ष लागून राहिलेले आहे.
