महाराष्ट्र गृहनिर्माण व क्षेत्र विकास प्राधिकरण उर्फ म्हाडाचे उपमुख्य अभियंता श्री. भीमराव काळे व सौ. शोभाताई काळे यांच्या लग्नाचा 33 वा वाढदिवस मुंबई येथील निवासस्थानी साजरा करण्यात आला. नांदा सौख्य भरे, असा आशीर्वाद सर्व स्तरातून मित्रपरिवार व नातेवाईक यांनी दिलेला आहे. लग्नाचा वाढदिवस घरामध्ये संपन्न होत असताना श्री. पंढरीनाथ काळे, रणजीत काळे, जावई श्री. निलेश गलांडे व परिवारातील सदस्य उपस्थित होते.
श्री. भीमराव काळे यांचा लासुर्णे ता. इंदापूर, जि. पुणे येथील सौ. भागीरथी व श्री. मारुती गोविंद वाडकर यांची कन्या शोभाताई यांच्याशी दि. 23/11/1989 रोजी विवाहबद्ध झालेले होते. सुसंस्कृत घराण्यातील शोभाताई यांनी भीमराव यांच्या सुखी संसाराला शोभा आणली. शहरी भागात राहून सुद्धा ग्रामीण भागाशी उभय पती-पत्नी यांनी कधीही नाळ तुटू दिलेली नाही. मित्रपरिवार व नातेवाईक यांच्या सुख दुःखामध्ये पती-पत्नी नेहमी हजर असतात.
भांब हे गाव सोलापूर जिल्ह्यातील माळशिरस तालुक्याच्या सरहद्दीवर सातारा जिल्ह्यातील शिखर शिंगणापूरच्या डोंगर कपारीमध्ये वसले आहे. अतिशय दुर्गम परिसर, डोंगर कपारीने वेढलेले भांब गाव आहे. अशा गावामध्ये शेतकरी व मेंढपाळ असणारे रखमाबाई व संभाजी काळे या दाम्पत्यांच्या पोटी भीमराव काळे यांचा जन्म दि. 01/06/1967 साली झाला. संभाजी काळे यांना निवृत्ती, भीमराव, शिवाजी, किसन अशी चार मुले तर मुक्ताबाई छगन रुपनवर फडतरी, कौसाबाई कोडलकर फोंडशिरस, कुसाबाई माने पळसमंडळ अशा तीन मुली आहेत.
संभाजी काळे यांची पूर्वीच्या काळी अतिशय प्रतिकूल व हलाखीची परिस्थिती होती. अशा कठीण व अडचणीच्या काळात भीमराव काळे यांनी पहिली ते चौथी जिल्हा परिषद प्राथमिक शाळा भांब येथे शिक्षण पूर्ण केले. पाचवी ते दहावी सदाशिवराव माने विद्यालय माणकी येथे शिक्षण पूर्ण केले. शासकीय विद्यानिकेतन अभियांत्रिकी कॉलेज कराड येथे डिप्लोमा पूर्ण केला. आणि 1987 साली वयाच्या विसाव्या वर्षी महाराष्ट्र गृहनिर्माण व क्षेत्र विकास प्राधिकरण उर्फ म्हाडा मुंबई येथे कनिष्ठ अभियंता पदावर रुजू झाले. त्यांनी कनिष्ठ अभियंता, शाखा अभियंता, शाखा उप अभियंता, कार्यकारी अभियंता या पदावर काम केलेले असून सध्या भिमराव काळे यांना उपमुख्य अभियंता पदावर बढती मिळालेली आहे. भीमराव काळे यांनी नोकरी करीत 2007 साली डिग्री प्राप्त केलेली आहे, त्यामुळे त्यांना बढती मिळत गेली.
समाजामध्ये आपण पाहतो हम दो हमारे दो परंतु भीमराव काळे यांनी आपल्या परिवारातील शेतामध्ये काबाड कष्ट करणाऱ्या भावंडांची मुले सुद्धा इंजिनियर करून स्वतःची मुले सुद्धा इंजिनियर केलेली आहे. भीमराव काळे यांचा मुलगा प्रज्वल व मुलगी वृषाली इंजिनीयर आहेत. सध्या वृषाली विवाहित आहे. मुलीचा विवाह ग्रामीण भागातील लोकांनी सिनेमांमध्ये पाहिलेला होता तशाच पद्धतीने शाही विवाह सोहळा आपल्या कन्येचा सौ. शोभा ताई आणि श्री. भीमराव काळे यांनी केलेला आहे. ज्येष्ठ बंधू निवृत्ती यांचे दुःखद निधन झाले आहे. त्यांची दोन मुले व लहान बंधू शिवाजी यांचीही दोन मुले इंजिनियर केलेले आहेत. लहान बंधू किसन हे मुंबई पोलीस आहेत. त्यांची मुले शिक्षण घेत आहेत. काही वर्षांपूर्वी त्यांच्या वडिलांचे दुःखद निधन झाले आहे.
भीमराव काळे यांनी मुंबई येथे नोकरी करीत असताना परिवारावर ज्याप्रमाणे लक्ष दिले, त्याचप्रमाणे आपण ज्या परिसरामध्ये वाढलो खेळलो त्या परिसराला सुद्धा विसरले नाहीत. ग्रामदैवत संभाजी बाबा दरा परिसर विकसित करण्यामध्ये सिंहाचा वाटा आहे.
पूर्वीच्या काळी संभाजी बाबा दरा येथे मोठ्या प्रमाणात कुस्ती मैदान सुरू होते. मात्र, सदरचे मैदान गेली पस्तीस वर्ष बंद होते. गावातील सहकाऱ्यांच्या सहकार्याने 2017 पासून पुन्हा संभाजी बाबा येथील कुस्ती मैदान भीमराव काळे यांच्या प्रयत्नाने सुरू झाले आहे. भांब परिसरामध्ये सर्वच सार्वजनिक कार्यक्रमात त्यांचा सहभाग असतो.
