महाराष्ट्र राज्याचे माजी विरोधी पक्ष नेते व मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे व उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्रजी फडवणीस यांच्या सरकारमध्ये उपमुख्यमंत्री पदाची शपथ घेतलेले राष्ट्रवादीचे राष्ट्रीय नेते अजितदादा पवार यांना माढा विधानसभेचे पाणीदार आमदार बबनदादा शिंदे यांना मंत्रिपद देऊन सोलापूर जिल्ह्याचे पालकमंत्री पदाची जबाबदारी द्यावी, अशी मागणी माढा विधानसभा मतदार संघातील माळशिरस तालुक्यातील महाळुंग श्रीपुर नगरपंचायतीचे गटनेते व सोलापूर जिल्हा राष्ट्रवादी युवक काँग्रेसचे उपाध्यक्ष श्री. राहुल कुंडलिक रेडे पाटील यांच्या शिष्टमंडळाने अजितदादा पवार यांची मुंबई येथे भेट घेऊन केली आहे. त्यामध्ये महाळुंग श्रीपुर नगरपंचायतीचे गटनेते तथा नगरसेवक राहुलआप्पा रेडे पाटील, विद्यमान नगराध्यक्षा यांचे पती अशोकराव चव्हाण, ज्येष्ठ नगरसेवक रावसाहेब सावंत पाटील, महाळुंग विविध कार्यकारी सेवा सोसायटीचे कार्यक्षम चेअरमन राजेंद्र उर्फ बंडू वाळेकर, युवा नगरसेवक शिवाजीराव रेडे पाटील, धडाडीचे नगरसेवक विक्रमसिंह लाटे, राष्ट्रवादीचे ज्येष्ठ नेते मौलाचाचा पठाण, नगरसेवक नामदेव पाटील, नगरसेवक नामदेव इंगळे, उद्योजक अमरसिंह पिसाळ देशमुख, जीवन देशमुख आदी मान्यवर यांनी आमदार बबनदादा शिंदे यांना मंत्रीपद देण्यासाठी अजितदादांकडे साकडे घालून पत्र दिलेले आहे.
सदरच्या पत्रामध्ये, आम्ही माढा विधानसभा मतदार संघातील पदाधिकारी व महाळुंग श्रीपुर नगरपंचायतीचे सर्व नगरसेवक आपणास विनंती करतो की, बबनदादा शिंदे हे गेली अनेक वर्षापासून आपल्या राष्ट्रवादी पक्षाशी एकनिष्ठ राहिलेले आहेत व विनाखंड आमदार म्हणून निवडून येत आहेत. तसेच मतदार संघातील सर्वांची कामे त्यांनी विकासाच्या दृष्टीने व पक्ष वाढीसाठी केलेली आहेत व करत आहेत. आपणांस 2024 निवडणुकीचे भविष्य लक्षात घेऊन सध्या आमदार बबनदादा शिंदे यांना मंत्रीपद देऊन सोलापूर जिल्हा पालकमंत्री पदाची जबाबदारी देण्याविषयी आपणास विनंती करण्यात येत आहे, अशा आशयाचे पत्र उपमुख्यमंत्री अजितदादा पवार यांना दिलेले आहे.
