पिलीव तालुका माळशिरस येथील ऋषिकेश जगन्नाथ देवकर वय वर्ष 23 याचा विद्युत शॉक लागल्याने उपचारासाठी दवाखान्यात नेत असताना उपचारापूर्वीच मृत्यू झाला ऋषिकेश देवकर हा युवक हा खाजगी अकॅडमी तर्फे सार्वजनिक धार्मिक कार्यक्रमांमध्ये संरक्षणाचे काम करत होता .तो मित्र मंडळांमध्ये व समाजामध्ये मनमिळावू व खेळकर वृत्तीचा व मनमोकळे मनाचा मित्र म्हणून ओळखला जात होता .आणि तो भविष्यातील आपली सुखस्वप्ने पूर्ण करण्यासाठी धडपडत असतानाच काळाने त्याच्यावरती घाला घातला. याबाबत पिलीव व परिसरामध्ये मोठ्या प्रमाणात हळहळ व्यक्त केली जात आहे. त्याच्या अंत्ययात्रेसाठी सर्व लोकप्रतिनिधी, तरुण मंडळे शासकीय अधिकारी, समाजबांधव, पाहुणेरावळे, सगे सोयरे मोठ्या प्रमाणात सामील होऊन देवकर परिवारात झालेल्या दुःखात सहभागी झाले होते. त्याच्या जाण्याने पिलीव व परिसरात हळहळ व्यक्त केली जात आहे.
