फलटण तालुक्यातील पिंपरी या गावाजवळील उसाच्या फडात गर्भलिंग निदान करणाऱ्या डॉक्टरांचे पितळ वाई पोलिसांच्या तपासात उघड झाले होते. वाई, फलटण, माळशिरस असे कनेक्शन समोर आले आहे. माळशिरसचे डॉक्टर विकास काळे यांनी अटकपूर्व जामीनासाठी अर्ज दाखल केलेला होता. पाच फेब्रुवारी रोजी सुनावणी होणार होती मात्र, आणखीन दोन संस्थेत डॉक्टरांनी अटकपूर्व जामीनासाठी धाव घेतली आहे. यावर 12 फेब्रुवारी रोजी सुनावणी झाली होती. त्यावेळेस 21 फेब्रुवारी सुनावणी तारीख दिलेली होती. आज अतिरिक्त जिल्हा सत्र न्यायालय वाई यांनी माळशिरसचे डॉक्टर विकास काळे यांचा अटकपूर्व जामीन अर्ज फेटाळला आहे. अटकपूर्व जामीनच्या तारखा सुरू असल्याने वाई पोलीस स्टेशन यांचा तपास संथ होता. अटकपूर्व जामीन फेटाळला असल्याने वाई पोलीस स्टेशनचे कर्तव्यदक्ष पोलीस निरीक्षक बाळासाहेब भरणे व सहाय्यक पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक शिर्के तपासाची यंत्रणा गतिमान करण्यासाठी हालचाली वाढवतील.
फलटण तालुक्यातील राजाळे येथील डॉ. संतोष निंबाळकर आणि सोलापूर जिल्ह्यातील माळशिरस येथील डॉ. विकास काळे यांची नावे पोलिसांच्या तपासात निष्पन्न झाली आहेत. या दोघांचा गर्भलिंग निदान प्रकरणात कसा सहभाग आहे, याची धक्कादायक माहिती तपासात उघड झाली आहे. फलटण येथील उसाच्या फडात गर्भलिंग निदान चाचणीसाठी गेलेल्या गर्भवती महिलेने पोलिसांना चांगल्या प्रकारे सहकार्य केलेले आहे. तिच्या सांगण्यावरून पोलिसांना अत्यंत महत्त्वाचे धागेद्वारे हाती लागले आहेत.
गर्भलिंग निदान चाचणीसाठी डॉ. विकास काळे यांनी कारमधून महिलेला उसाच्या फडात नेले. त्यावेळी कारमध्ये त्या महिलेसह आणखी तीन महिला होत्या. प्रत्यक्ष गर्भलिंग चाचणीच्या ठिकाणी डॉ. संतोष निंबाळकर असल्याचेही तपासात समोर आले आहे. त्या दिवशी एकूण बारा महिलांची गर्भलिंग निदान चाचणी या दोन्ही डॉक्टरांनी केली असल्याचे निष्पन्न झालेले आहे. गर्भलिंग निदान चाचणी प्रकरणात अटकपूर्व जामीन फेटाळला असल्याने खळबळ उडालेली आहे.
