ॲड. सुदर्शना… औरंगाबादमधील एक मुलगी पण सध्या ठाणे- मुंबईमध्ये आपले स्थान सामाजिक व औद्योगिक क्षेत्रात एक उद्योजिका म्हणून निर्माण करणारी एक स्त्री. स्त्रीच्या सोशिकतेवर कायमच लिहिलं गेलंय, बोललं गेलंय. पण याच सोशिकतेची आभूषण घालून आयुष्यभर सोसत बसायचं की, याच सोशिकतेला स्वतःची शक्ती बनवून स्वतःला सिद्ध करून दाखवायचं, यावर प्रत्येकीने विचार करायला हवा असं हिच्याकडे पाहिले की जाणवते.
सुदर्शना सामान्य घरातील सामान्य मुलगी. चारचौघींसारखीच स्वप्नं बघणारी, खूप शिकून स्वतःच्या पायावर उभं रहायचं, हे तिचंही स्वप्नं होतं. तिला डान्स, फॅशन डिझायनिंग, क्राफ्ट या कलेशी संबंधित गोष्टींची प्रचंड आवड. याच क्षेत्रात काहीतरी करावं असं तिनं ठरवलेलं. १२ वी झाल्यानंतर वडील म्हणाले तू लॉ शिक. BSL, LLM, DTL,GDCA असे कोर्सेस करत सुदर्शना वकील झाली. शिक्षण पूर्ण होताच आईवडिलांनी प्रथेप्रमाणे तिचं लग्न करून दिलं. आईवडील आपल्या मुलांचं सगळं छान व्हावं यासाठी नेहमीच प्रयत्नशील असतात. पण आयुष्यात काही वाईट घडणार असेल तर ते घडणारच याप्रमाणे काही दिवसांतच सुदर्शनाच्या लक्षात आलं की तिचा नवरा Autestic person (स्वमग्न) आहे. तिला सासरी प्रचंड शारीरिक आणि मानसिक त्रास सहन करावा लागला. स्वतः वकील असूनही माझ्याच नशिबी हे का? असं तिला वाटून तिने माहेर गाठलं. आईवडिलांनी मात्र तिला भक्कम साथ दिली. घडणाऱ्या सगळ्या गोष्टींमुळे सुदर्शना डिप्रेशनची बळी ठरली. ती खचून गेली. तिला समोर सारा अंधार दिसत होता पण आता रडायचं नाही तर लढायचं असं तिने ठरवलं.
काळी सावळी, अंगाने अगदीच बारीक असलेल्या सुदर्शनाला लग्नासाठी सातत्याने मिळणारा नकार ऐकून तिचा आत्मविश्वास कमी झाला होता, त्यामुळे लग्नाचा निर्णय चुकला असे तिला वाटले. नंतर झालेल्या घटस्फोटानंतर स्वतःला स्वतःच्याच कोशात तिने बंद करून घेतलं होतं, पण असं किती दिवस जगायचं आणि का ? स्वतःचा काहीही दोष नसताना असा विचार तिच्या मनात सतत रूंजी घालत होता. आणि यामुळेच नवीन सुदर्शनाचा जन्म झाला. सुदर्शनाची घटस्फोटाची केस चालू असताना तीच्या लक्षात आलं, समाजात अशा कितीतरी महिला आहेत, ज्या हे वर्षानुवर्षे भोगत आहेत. शिक्षण नसल्यामुळे, कायद्याचं ज्ञान नसल्याने कित्येक जणींचं आयुष्य पिंजून जात आहे. नवरा दारू पितो, मारझोड करतो, मुलं आहेत, कुणाचं सहकार्य नाही, म्हणून काहीजणी आत्महत्या करतात. अशा कितीतरी महिला या काळात सुदर्शनाला पहायला आणि अनुभवायला मिळाल्या. तेव्हा सुदर्शनाच्या लक्षात आलं की माझ्या वाट्याला जे आलं, ते खूप कमी आहे, जगात खूप दुःख आहे. ‘दुनिया में कितना गम है, मेरा गम कितना कम है!’ असंच काहीसं सुदर्शना अनुभवत होती. स्वत:च्याच प्रश्नांना कवटाळून न बसता ती त्यातून मार्ग काढत होती पण, त्याचबरोबर आपल्या सारख्या अनेक महिलांचा आधार बनू पहात होती.
एकटी स्त्री पाहिली की ती कधीही उपलब्ध आहे, तिला कोणी वाली नाही, याच दृष्टीने तिच्याकडे पाहिलं जातं. सुदर्शनाच्याही वाट्याला ते चुकलं नाही. समाजाच्या बोचऱ्या नजरा झेलत, मानापमान सहन करत सुदर्शनाचा प्रवास चालूच होता. ‘एकाच या जन्मी जणू, फिरुनी नवी जन्मेन मी’ असं म्हणत दोन वर्षाच्या दुष्टचक्रानंतर सुदर्शनाने आपल्या नवीन आयुष्याचा श्रीगणेशा केला. तिने पुन्हा प्रॅक्टिस सुरू केली. याच काळात तिला छान मित्र मैत्रिणी मिळाले आणि त्यांच्या साथीने २०१४ साली तिने ‘वसुंधरा’ या नावाने NGO ची स्थापना केली. या NGO अंतर्गत खेडेगावांमध्ये काम करायला सुरुवात केली. तसेच मुंबई येथे बीच स्वच्छता, जागा उपलब्ध होईल तेथे वृक्षारोपण, पर्यावरण रक्षण व जागृती, महिला व विद्यार्थी यांचे counselling आणि consulting करायला सुरुवात केली. त्याच काळात Swasti organisation मध्ये legal Advisor of Maharashtra म्हणून तिची नियुक्ती झाली. त्यामुळे पूर्ण महाराष्ट्रभर काम करण्याची तिला संधी मिळाली. अनेक कहाण्या, अनेक अनुभव घेत हा प्रवास जोरदार चालू झाला आहे. सोशल मीडियावर ‘काय गं सखी’ या नावाने १ मि.चे रील बनवून ती महिलांना विविध विषयावर जागृत करत आहे. तिचे हे रील्स फार लोकप्रिय झाले आहेत. कोणाला तरी आपण मार्ग दाखवू शकतो, मदत करू शकतो याचा आनंद शब्दातीत आहे असे ती म्हणते.
लोकांना कायद्यांविषयी फारसं माहीत नसल्याने त्यांना समस्यांचा सामना करावा लागतो आणि म्हणूनच सुदर्शना लोकांमध्ये कायद्यांविषयी जनजागृती करणे, विद्यार्थ्यांना शाळा, कॉलेजमध्ये जावून त्यांच्यामध्ये जागृती आणणे, वेश्या व्यवसाय करणाऱ्या महिलांशी बोलून त्यांच्या समस्या समजून घेवून त्यांच्याविषयी असलेले कायदे त्यांना माहिती करून देणं, प्रोफेशनल फॅमिली कौन्सिलर म्हणून काम मार्गदर्शन करणे, विनाकारण तुटू पाहणारे कित्येक संसार सावरण्याचं काम, तृतीयपंथी, बलात्कार पीडित महिला यांच्यासाठी सुद्धा काम सुरू केलं आहे.
बलात्कार झालेल्या मुली आणि महिलांना माणूस म्हणून स्वाभिमानानं जगता यावं, शिकून स्वतःचं वेगळं स्थान निर्माण करता यावं, यासाठी स्वतंत्र संस्था सुरु करायचे तिचे स्वप्न आहे. ती म्हणते की वेश्या, तृतीयपंथी, पीडित महिलां यांना अगोदर माणूस म्हणून स्वीकारा, तेव्हाच आपल्यातील माणुसकी अजून उजळून निघेल. यशाची शिखरं पार करत असताना विनोद जगदाळे तिच्या आयुष्यात जोडीदार बनून आले आणि तिचं संपूर्ण आयुष्यच बदलून गेलं. विनोदने तिच्या आयुष्यात सुखाचं नंदनवन फुलवलं. तिला मिळालेल्या भक्कम साथीने आज तिच्या प्रेमाच्या संसारात एक गोड मुलीसह आनंदी जीवन जगत आहे. “आपण कुणाचं वाईट केलं नाही तर आपलं देखील कधी वाईट होत नाही, त्यासाठी फक्त योग्य वेळ यावी लागते, असं ती नेहमी म्हणते.” समाजात अशा अनेक सुदर्शना कार्यरत आहेत. चांगल्या कामाची समाज दखल घेत असतो पण त्याची वाट न पाहाता कार्यरत रहाणे हे आपले कर्तव्य असते या जाणीवेतून आपण जे भोगले ते इतरांना भोगायला लागू नये यासाठी तिने हजारो महिला कायदा साक्षर होतील याचा प्रयत्न सुरु केला आहे. आता Mission online Swarajya च्या माध्यमातून योग्य दिशा, मार्गदर्शन व गुरू भेटल्याने वसुंधराचे काम पूर्ण महाराष्ट्रभर एका वेगळ्या उंचावर गेले आहे. यामुळे तिच्या पंखांना अजून बळ मिळालं. यामुळे आता ती प्रचंड काम करू शकतेय. असे ती नम्रपणे नमूद करते.
