आत्मा, तालुका कृषि अधिकारी, माळशिरस व आर्थालय फार्मर प्रोड्युसर कंपनी, कोंडबावी यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने कोंडबावी येथे मधुमका मुल्य साखळी विकास संबंधी शेतीशाळा वर्ग – ३ दि. २३ ऑगस्ट २०२२ रोजी घेण्यात आली. या शेतीशाळेला आर्थालय फार्मर प्रोड्युसर कंपनीचे ३० एकर मधूमका पीक प्रात्यक्षिक दिलेले ३० लाभार्थी उपस्थितीत होते.
रत्नाई कृषि महाविद्यालय आनंदनगरचे प्राध्यापक डॉ. शिंदे सर यांनी सेंद्रिय, रासायनिक व सुक्ष्म मुलद्रव्ये यांचे एकात्मिक अन्नद्रव्ये व्यवस्थापन बाबत सखोल मार्गदर्शन करून शंका निरासन केले. यावेळी श्री. सतीश कचरे प्र. तालुका कृषि अधिकारी माळशिरस यांनी मका पीक उत्पादन खर्च कमी करणे, नॅनो युरिया वापर, रा. खत बचत, मधुमका बाजारपेठ व कंपनीसाठी औजार बँक इत्यादीची माहिती दिली. तालुका आत्मा तंत्रज्ञान व्यवस्थापक श्री कुलदिप ढेकळे यांनी जमिन तयार ते काढणीपर्यत लष्करी अळी नियंत्रण उपाय योजनांचा उहापोह केला. श्री. ढगे कृस कोंडबावी यांनी महात्मा गांधी रोजगार हमी योजना फळबाग लागवड बाबत मार्गदर्शन केले.
सदर कार्यक्रमांचे नेटके नियोजन व आयोजन व सुत्रसंचालन सौ. क्षीरसागर मॅडम यांनी केले. या कार्यक्रमाची सांगता चहा, अल्पोहार व प्रात्यक्षिक प्लॉट प्रक्षेत्र भेटने झाली. या कार्यक्रमास आर्थालय कंपनीचे श्री विठ्ठल कदम यांचे विशेष सहकार्य लाभले.
