मळोली ता. माळशिरस या गावचे सुपुत्र युवा उद्योजक मोहितशेठ जाधव पिलीव जिल्हा परिषद गटात राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेसकडून जिल्हा परिषद निवडणुकीसाठी प्रबळ दावेदार आहेत. मोहितशेठ जाधव यांचे जन्मगाव मळोली, ता. माळशिरस आहे. माळशिरस पंचायत समितीचे माजी गटनेते रणजितसिंह जयसिंगराव जाधव यांचे ते बंधू आहेत.
मोहितशेठ जाधव यांनी कमी वयामध्ये बारामती, पुणे परिसरामध्ये उद्योग व्यवसाय करून उद्योग क्षेत्रामध्ये आपले नाव कोरलेले आहे. माजी केंद्रीय कृषिमंत्री राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेसचे सर्वेसर्वा शरदचंद्रजी पवार, माजी उपमुख्यमंत्री व विद्यमान विरोधी पक्षनेते आजितदादा पवार यांचे कायम निष्ठावान कार्यकर्ते आहेत. पवार परिवार यांच्यावरती मनापासून प्रेम करणारे उद्योग क्षेत्रात गगन भरारी घेऊन समाजातील सर्वसामान्य जनतेच्या प्रश्नासाठी ते कायम तत्पर असतात. उद्योग व्यवसाय करताना सामाजिक बांधिलकी जपत उद्योग क्षेत्रामध्ये उंच भरारी घेतलेली आहे.
मळोली गावाची पूर्वीपासून स्वाभिमानी गाव म्हणून ओळख आहे. गावातील नवीन चेहरा मोहित जाधव यांच्या रूपाने मिळणार असून राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेस पक्षाकडून पिलीव जिल्हा परिषद गटामध्ये निवडणूक लढविण्यासाठी मोहितशेठ जाधव इच्छुक आहेत
पिलीव ५० जिल्हा परिषद सर्वसाधारणसाठी आरक्षित झालेला आहे. गटातील पिलीव पंचायत समिती नागरिकांचा मागास प्रवर्ग ओबीसी महिलेसाठी आरक्षित झालेला आहे. गणात पिलिव, सुळेवाडी, कुसमोड, झिंजेवस्ती अशी गावे आहेत. कोळेगाव पंचायत समिती अनुसूचित जाती सर्वसाधारणसाठी आरक्षित झालेला आहे. गणात बचेरी, शिंगोर्णी, काळमवाडी, कोळेगाव, फळवणी अशी गावे आहेत. राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेस पक्षाकडून युवा उद्योजक मोहितशेठ जाधव प्रबळ दावेदार आहेत.
