‘बोले तैसा चाले, त्याची वंदावी पाऊले’ या उक्तीप्रमाणे माढा लोकसभा मतदारसंघाचे कार्यतत्पर पाणीदार खासदार रणजितसिंह नाईक निंबाळकर यांनी निवडणुकीत दिलेला शब्द पूर्ण केला आहे. कार्यतत्पर व पाणीदार खासदार रणजीतसिंह नाईक निंबाळकर यांची कृष्णा खोरे महामंडळाचे कार्यकारी संचालक व अधिकारी यांच्या समवेत सिंचन भवन, पुणे येथे बैठक पार पडली. सदरच्या बैठकीमध्ये निरा-देवधर प्रकल्पामध्ये माळशिरस तालुक्यातील प्रलंबित असणारी बचेरी, शिंगोर्णी, सुळेवाडी, कोथळे, फडतरी, लोंढे-मोहीतेवाडी, गारवाड, मगरवाडी, पठाणवस्ती, तरंगफळ, जळभावी, भांब, पिलीव, काळमवाडी, कोळेगाव व चांदापूरी या १६ गावांचा समावेश निरा-देवधर प्रकल्पामध्ये करण्यासाठी कार्यकारी समितीने मान्यता दिलेली असून सदरच्या १६ गावांच्या बजेटसाठी व पूर्व मान्यतेसाठी मुंबई येथे कॅबिनेट मंत्रिमंडळाच्या बैठकीमध्ये पाठविण्याचा महत्त्वपूर्ण निर्णय झालेला आहे.

माळशिरस तालुक्याच्या पश्चिम भागातील कायम दुष्काळी, पाण्यापासून वंचित असणाऱ्या गावांना कार्यतत्पर पाणीदार खासदार रणजितसिंह नाईक निंबाळकर यांच्या रूपाने दिलासा मिळालेला असल्याने या १६ गावांतील शेतकऱ्यांनी आनंदोत्सव व जल्लोष सुरू केलेला आहे.
