गांधी जयंतीच्याच दिवसी पिंपरी ग्रामपंचायतीच्या बंद पडलेल्या पाणी पुरवठ्यासाठी ग्रामस्थांचे बोंबाबोंब व मटका फोड आंदोलन

गेली २० दिवस सरपंच, उपसरपंच, अधीकारी, शिपाई यांच्या मनमानी कारभारामुळे लोकांना पिण्याचे पाणी सुटलेले नाही. यांच्या अंतर्गत वादाचा ग्रामस्थांना फटका बसत आहे. पाणी उशाला व कोरड घशाला, असा प्रकार झालेला आहे. त्यामुळे लोक वैतागुन या ग्रामपंचायतीच्या विरोधात बोंबाबोंब व मटका फोड आंदोलन करणार आहेत. गांधी जयंतीचे औचित्य साधून मोर्चा आयोजीत केलेला आहे. तशा प्रकारचे लेखी निवेदन रुपी अर्ज ग्रामपंचायत पिंपरी व नातेपुते पोलीस स्टेशन नातेपुते यांना दिलेले आहे. या निवेदनावर जनतेच्या मनातील सरपंच हनुमंत शिवाजी शिंदे, हनुमंत श्रीरंग कर्चे, आप्पासाहेब बबन कर्चे, पुथ्वीराज उर्फ बबलू दत्तू कर्चे यांच्या सह्या असून प्रत्यक्ष समोर हजर राहून निवेदन दिलेले आहे.
यावेळी बोलताना आप्पासाहेब कर्चे यांनी सांगितले की, ४ दिवसाला सुटणारे पाणी १५ ते २० दिवस झाले तरीसुद्धा पाणी येत नाही. प्रशासनातील सरपंच, उपसरपंच, ग्रामसेवक, शिपाई यांच्यात कशावरून तरी वारंवार वाद होतात, तो त्यांचा अंतर्गत विषय आहे. पण, त्याचच भांडवल करत लगेच ग्रामस्थांना वेठीस धरत कोणतीही पुर्व कल्पना, सुचना, अर्ज न देता लगेच चावी देणे, रजेचा अर्ज देणे, रजा मंजूर होण्याच्या अधीच ज्या दिवसी अर्ज दिला त्या दिवसापासून लोकांचे पाणी बंद करणे. पाणी पुरवठा जीवनावश्यक सेवा आहे तरी, याचे गांभीर्य यांना नाही.
पण, यांच्या वादामुळे लोकांना पहिल्यांदा वेठीस धरत आहेत. मग ४ दिवसाचे पाणी २० दिवसानंतर आले तर ३ वेळचे पाणी बुडत आहे. त्याची भरपाई हे एकूण पाणी पट्टीतून वजा करीत नाहीत यांच्या चुकीचा नाहक भुर्दंड सर्वसामान्य जनतेला कशाला ? लीकेज मोटार जळाली, पाईप फुटली, टिशीएल पावडर, टाक्या धुणे, हा सर्व मेंटनस खर्च करताना सगळे एकत्र मिळतात. त्यावेळेस यांची भांडण होत नाहीत. आजपर्यंत एकदाही भांडणं झालेली नाहीत. मग हे सगळ पैसे काढताना तेरी भी चुप, मेरी भी चुप. गप्प बसून सगळे मिळून खातात. फक्त पाणी सोडतानाच यांना पगार, अन्याय आठवतो आणी लगेच जनतेला वेठीस धरत उठ की सुठ अर्ज, राजीनामा ह्या धमक्या देऊन आपला स्वार्थ साधत आहेत. म्हणून जनता यांच्या नाटकाला कंटाळली आहे. म्हणून गांधी जयंतीचे औचीत्य साधून हा मोर्चा आयोजीत केलेला आहे.
