शिंदे गटाला सुप्रीम कोर्टाचा दिलासा, विधानसभा अध्यक्षांना १६ आमदारांच्या अपात्रतेबाबत कोणताही निर्णय घेऊ नये असे निर्देश दिले.

विधानसभेच्या अध्यक्षांनी आमदारांच्या अपात्रतेबाबत कोणताही निर्णय घेऊ नये, असे निर्देश सुप्रीम कोर्टाने दिले आहेत. आमदारांच्या अपात्रतेच्या बाबत व इतर याचिकांवर आज सुप्रीम कोर्टात सुनावणी होणार होती. शिवसेनेचे बंडखोर नेते एकनाथ शिंदे गटाच्या १६ आमदारांच्या अपात्रतेच्या याचिके संदर्भात सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने सोमवारी तातडीने सुनावणी घेण्यास नकार दिला. मात्र, याचवेळी सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने महाराष्ट्र विधानसभेतील कोणत्याही आमदारावर या प्रकरणाचा निकाल लागेपर्यंत कारवाई करू नये, असे निर्देश विधानसभा अध्यक्षांना दिले आहेत.
त्यामुळे महाराष्ट्राच्या राजकारणातील अनिश्चितता कायम राहणार आहे. १६ आमदारांच्या अपात्रतेबाबत विधानसभेत कोणताही निर्णय घेतला जाऊ नये. यासंदर्भात आम्ही काय ते बघून घेऊ, असे सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने म्हटले आहे. शिवसेनेचे वकील कपिल सिब्बल यांनी या प्रकरणाची तातडीने सुनावणी घ्यावी, अशी मागणी केली. मात्र, या प्रकरणाची तातडीने सुनावणी घेणे शक्य नाही. आम्ही तुम्हाला काय ते कळवू असे सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने त्यांना सांगितले.
त्यामुळे १६ बंडखोर आमदारांवर अपात्रतेची कारवाई होईल, अशी आशा बाळगून असलेल्या शिवसेनेला आणखी काही काळ वाट पहावी लागणार आहे. त्याचवेळी दुसऱ्या बाजूला एकनाथ शिंदे गटाच्या आमदारांना कायदेशीर लढाईसाठी आणखी वेळ उपलब्ध झाला आहे. तसेच बंडखोर आमदारांवरील कारवाईही तूर्तास टळली आहे. त्यामुळे शिंदे गटासाठी हा एक प्रकारे दिलासा मानला जात आहे. या काळात शिवसेनेतील आणखी काही आमदार किंवा पदाधिकारी एकनाथ शिंदे यांच्यासोबत आल्यास त्यांची कायदेशीर बाजू भक्कम होऊ शकते.
