वेळापूर ता. माळशिरस या गावामधील अर्धनारी नटेश्वर मंदिराच्या पाठीमागे वेळापूर ते म्हेत्रेमळा ग्रा.मा. नंबर ५४० व जुना पालखी मार्ग ग्रा. मा. नं. ३६४ हे दोन्ही मुख्य रस्ते आहेत. ह्या दोन रस्त्याची अवस्था अत्यंत बिकट झाली असून या रस्त्यावर मोठ्या प्रमाणात अतिक्रमण झाले आहे. रस्त्यावर उघड्यावर शौचाला बसणे, तसेच गावातील सगळा कचरा रोडच्या कडेला आणून टाकला जात आहे. रस्त्यावर मोठ्या प्रमाणात खताचे ढीग, रस्त्यावर गुरे बांधणे, रस्त्यावर सरपण लावणे, वैरणीच्या गंजी लावणे, रस्त्यावर बांधकाम केले आहे.
ग्रा. मा. नंबर ३६४ जुना पालखी मार्ग ह्या रस्तावर १९७५ पासून काही लोकांनी पूर्ण अतिक्रमण करून रस्ता पूर्ण पणे बंद केला आहे. त्यामुळे नेहमी जाणे येणे, वाहतुकीस पूर्ण अडथळा निर्माण झाला आहे.
त्याचप्रमाणे ग्रा. मा. नंबर ५४० व ३६४ हे रोड वेळापूर ते पिसेवाडी ह्या गावाला जोडणारे आहेत. ह्या रस्त्याची अवस्था अत्यंत बिकट झाली असून ह्या रस्त्याने चालत जाणे सुद्धा मुश्किल झाले आहे. ग्रा. मा. नंबर ३६४ जुना पालखी मार्ग ह्या रोडवर महावितरण उपकेंद्र वेळापूर यांनी रोडवर विद्युत वाहक पोल उभा करून अतिक्रमण केले आहे. पोल उभा केल्यामुळे शेतीच्या मशागतीसाठी लागणारी वाहणे शेतात घेऊन जाता येत नाहीत. तसेच रोडवरती भिंतीचे कंपाऊड केले आहे. ह्या दोन्ही रोडला साईट पट्या राहील्या नाहीत. शेतकऱ्यांला शेतात जाणे मुश्किलीचे झाले आहे. ह्या रोडवरती लोकविकास स्कुल असुन येथील विद्यार्थांना शाळेत जाणे मुश्किलीचे झाले.
तरी हे दोन्ही रोडचे डांबरीकरण त्वरीत करावे, असे निवेदन गटविकास अधिकारी माळशिरस, तहसील कार्यालय माळशिरस, कलेक्टर ऑफीस सोलापूर, जिल्हा परिषद सोलापूर, सार्वजनिक बांधकाम माळशिरस, अकलूज, ग्रामसेवक यांना निवेदन देऊन ही अद्याप कोणत्याही ऑफीसने दखल घेतली नाही. दहा दिवसांमध्ये दखल घेतली नाही तर, अजित बनकर व महादेवभाऊ ताटे यांच्या समवेत सर्व शेतकरी व ग्रामस्थ अमूरण उपोषणाला बसणार आहेत.
