अकलूज ग्रामपंचायतीच्या कार्यकाळात अकलूजमधील नागरिकांचा सर्वांगीण विकास होण्यासाठी विविध योजनातून स्थानिक विकास निधीतून अकलूजच्या नागरिकांकरिता सदरच्या गाळ्यांची निर्मिती करण्यात आली होती. परंतु, सदरचे गाळे अकलूज मधील नागरिकांना डावलून आजूबाजूच्या गावातील व तालुक्यातील नागरिकांना भोगवटादार सदरी दिले असल्याचे दिसून येत आहे. त्यामुळे आता अकलूज नगर परिषदेच्या मालकी हक्क असलेल्या गाळ्यांचे नगरपरिषद स्थापन झाल्यापासून अद्याप फेर लिलाव झालेले नाहीत.
अकलूज ग्रामपंचायत कार्यकाळात सदरच्या गाळ्यांचे लिलाव झालेले असून त्याच धर्तीवर आजही डिपॉझिट व भाडे स्थिर आहे. त्यामुळे नगरपरिषदेची आर्थिक स्थिती ढासळत असल्याचे दिसून येत आहे व विकास कामास मंदी येत आहे. त्यामुळे पूर्वी ग्रामपंचायत काळात झालेले गाळ्यांचे लिलाव रद्द करून नगरपरिषदेच्या नवीन मूल्यांकनानुसार दर वाढ व लिलाव करण्यात यावे.
अकलूज मधील नगरपरिषद मालकी हक्क असलेल्या गाळ्यांचे भोगवटदार पोट भाडेकरू ठेवलेले आहेत. त्या पोट भाडेकरांकडून ते प्रति महिना ३००० ते ४००० रुपये भाडे घेतात व नगरपरिषदेस ३०० ते ४०० रुपये भाडे भरतात. म्हणजेच हे भोगवटदार अकलूज नगरपरिषदेची निव्वळ फसवणूक करत आहेत. त्यामुळे दिलेल्या पोट भाडेकरांकडून ते गाळे काढून घेण्यात यावे व गाळे भोगवटदारावरती कारवाई करण्यात यावी. या मागणीचे निवेदन लोकक्रांती महासंघाचे संस्थापक अध्यक्ष सतीश अडगळे यांनी अकलूज नगर परिषदेला दिले. त्यामुळे अकलूज नगरपरिषदेच्या मालकी हक्काच्या मालमत्तेचे भोगवटादारच झालेत मालक, असं म्हंटल तर वावगं ठरणार नाही.
